Store It All Self Storage – Lakeway

Had a pretty bad situation with my move & couldn’t close so had to store all of our furniture (from 2 trucks) in a unit. We opened the first unit & we underestimated on size & the manager (Alma) happily changed our storage that very second to a larger unit at no extra charge. Her dad was so sweet & drove to us to bring us water & new keys for the new unit.
We needed two extra days after our month ended at the unit to finally close on our house so when I called Alma again to pay a prorated amount she said not to worry about the two days as long as our unit was clean when we left & stated we had enough issues moving & she wanted to make our move an easy transition. Such a small gesture that hugely impacted us.
Exceptional service. We are moving next door & will always use & recommend this location to friends & family. Glad to be in Austin with these kinds of small businesses.

Very nice facility, kept up with and clean. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Every unit has an alarm on it which adds to my peace of mind. I would definitely recommend the facility and plan to store with them again.

This is a pretty solid storage space. Always clean, requires a code to enter or exit. Haven’t had a problem that I know of. Well maintained. Very pricy but that’s what you get in Lakeway.
