First off, don’t get fooled by this outdated information. The cart is now located at 1500 E 6th St (on the back patio of the lovely Volstead Lounge). Her hours are tentatively 8pm — 2am on Wed-​Sat, but you should check the Facebook or Twitter page to get updates on when she’s open.
Delicious, local, and handmade! My favorite is the Sonoran — all beef sausage topped with queso fresco, bacon, lettuce, salsa, and avocado crème fraîche. In close second is the Bangers n Hash — brats with hash, spinach, chopped onions, and homemade mustard.
For you vegetarians, she can whip up an off-​the-​menu special with whatever veggies on the menu you want.
