I went through the the drive thru with my dog, Bitsy, and I ordered her a «puppy whip» in an espresso cup like I do sometimes. When we got to the window, the guy was like«what’s his name?» Which wasn’t offensive obviously because you can’t automatically tell if a dog is a boy or girl by just looking at them. So I told him. This guy made a DISGUSTED face without even trying to disguise it. I thought maybe he thought it was weird because he thought she was a boy. I told him she was a girl and he got really sarcastic and says«Oh SORRY. HER name.» I was honestly so shocked that I didn’t even say anything but I am very disappointed that They would hire people who treat customers with such disrespect.

Have not had problems here as others have stated. The staff is friendly and the drinks are standard Starbucks(a good thing for me personally) and it’s not always totally packed. It’s also got a pretty nice view. I like this Starbucks given its relaxed, but buzzing atmosphere. Good place to work or meet up with a friend!

It really disappoints me when 1) people in the SERVICE industry are not trained to do their job properly 2) they have no desire to do anything but the minimum to take home the pay check 3) the minimum is set way too low for said pay check which doesn’t even include being a human being but merely a corporate hand puppet. This location gets my business only for the convenience but after today I think I will buy inconvenient coffee in search of better products and better staff. Please train your staff to be courteous, knowledgable people equipped to serve not just to dispense a mediocre product from a window or over a counter.

A suburbia starbucks with long lines and slow staff is not the ideal way to begin your day. People almost fighting over parking spots is your first warning sign. Then when you walk into this spacious, high ceilinged, bright space and realize you are 11th in line for coffee, you heart sinks. A half hour later when I finally placed my order, the under-trained, sad and aging cashier was unable to remember the 3 items I wanted. Said she was distracted because she had just found out that a regular customer recently passed away. I wondered if he died waiting in line… I know that’s pretty heartless. So the coffee was fine, but took another 15 minutes to make. I feel like I spend a bigger chunk of my life inside this SBux than I wanted.

I’m beyond disappointment with this location. It used to be run efficiently and orders were always correct even during the rush hour mornings in the drive-thru. That has not been the case in recent months. I went in today to get a free replacement coffee due to receiving a few incorrect orders in recent days. I explained that when I drove up and clearly asked for a Grande Pike with a shot of espresso(red eye) and light cream. When I got to the window, I was given a grande Chai Latte with syrup. I asked if that was for me or someone else and the response was«oh, that’s not what you ordered?» I waited for them to remake it as cars are backing up, I get yet another completely wrong order. To not inconvenience other customers waiting in line and due to my frustration, I left and will never return to this location.

Last week, I waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes! The line was long when I pulled in but seemed to be moving fairly quickly. All of sudden we hit a halt. The four cars in front of me each took about 5 minutes. None of the cars had more than 2 drinks! I get having a rush, but I was so disappointed in how long it took. I will say my drink was delicious.

Just your average Starbucks, with average drinks. nothing fancy about this one. I would be here much more often if they had one of the Clover machines for sure.(they do on Westlake and 360)

Very uninviting Starbucks experience. Went to hang out at closest Starbucks on cold cloudy day — this location didn’t bother to turn on the heat or open the blinds(might have helped a little). Day after Thanksgiving — no music at all. Toilet in Men’s bathroom clogged full of shit and toilet paper. Ordered a grande flat white(with half and half) and it comes out bitter. Should not be bitter — never had a Flat White that tasted bitter before, at Starbucks or anywhere. Employees look busy and grimacing. I just go ahead and drink it so as to not trouble anyone. Later, girlfriend went to use her free refill that is a perk of being a starbucks card member and the women at the counter tried to argue with her because she didn’t present the used cup. Usually when you bring the cup up to the counter they look at you like you have two heads — they and you know they can’t use it. The assertion provided was that my girlfriend might be trying to steal a coffee. Seriously? Is it fun to argue and humiliate a customer over a coffee? A simple solution is to ask to see the receipt in the account, on the phone. Do we need to educate the Starbucks employee. It is not that I had an unpleasant experience — I feel actual revulsion inside. $ 10 to feel revulsion — go ahead stop by. If you would rather a different experience — I’d recommend Lola Savanna right down the road. Seriously, very close option.

Consistently horrible service. This place has always been rough, but it has gotten worse in the past few months. Wait times are HORRENDOUS!(15−20min). Today I had a groupon and wanted to add it to my app. The cashier said ok and then said she didn’t know how to do it. Finally I had to suggest she ask someone to help her. A manager, I think, came out and promptly said we can’t redeem those in store. Yes, you can I have done it before. So then he says, well I just don’t know how to do it. He finally figured it out after me telling him it was possible. I have been here 10 minutes and am still waiting for an iced tea…

This is a clean and relatively fast Starbucks. Not to mention they are quite consistent with mixing and taste. The people in this area are snobby and really douchy so take that into account when reading the reviews. Also I find the employees at this Starbucks rather pleasant as well. I only docked a star for the terrible drive through. Other than that this is a nice establishment.

Not impressed with this location. 3 times I have ordered and they act like they’ve never heard of a Hazelnut Frappachino or a iced hazelnut latte. Weird!!! I will not be coming back for a while! Strange employees at this location!

Another consistent Starbucks in the hills. I have not read the previous reviews but am a little surprised by all the low ratings. My experience included fast, friendly service – but maybe a little too fast. The lady taking orders did not ask me if I wanted my coffee sweetened or unsweetened, so the barista ended up loading my venti iced coffee with a ton of syrup. Avoid the drive-thru when you see a long line. On Labor Day, the cars wrapped around the building. But when I walked inside, no line. I was in and out within two minutes – the first minute because the cashier shared a friendly chat with the patron in front of me. This Starbucks is also conveniently located steps away from The Donut Hole.

This is my go to Starbucks. The lady(I wish I had her name) who works morning weekday shifts at the register is the nicest Starbucks employee I’ve ever seen! She always has a smile on her face and couldn’t seem happier!

Everytime I have gone — drive through or not — the service has taken about 25 minutes to get a coffee. I literally pulled out of line once because I had been sitting at the drive through for 30 minutes. Disorganized. Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to

I like Starbucks just fine but this Starbucks tends to have really great employees or really crapy ones and is always slow. I have been stuck in the drive-thru line many times for 30 min or more. INSANELYSLOW!

Service sucked. Cashier was upset that I paid wit a $ 50 and gave me a bunch of fives saying I cleared her out. Noticing she was upset I asked if it was better if I paid with card? She stated it was to late and be more of a problem for her with a grimes on her face. She is a terrible person to choose for greeting your customers … Then waiting for our coffees just watching fly after fly land on customers blended drinks sitting on counter top. Not letting the customers know their drinks were ready going in and out of the lid. Safe to say watched our drinks closely. Not the best experience

I asked to try one of the new Caramel Ribbon Crunch frappuccinos, but Christina gave me a regular and watered down caramel frappuccino. Thanks a lot! I shouldve went to the nearby drive-thru Starbucks.
