Donut Hole

As soon as we walked in a friendly lady said if you don’t see something you want just tell me and I will make it for you right now! I love friendly customer service. I asked for a chocolate covered raspberry filled and she made an amazing one right then. The donuts are super soft and ingredients top notch

Love coming to the donut hole in the morning to pick up some donuts and coffee. They have amazing donuts and the staff is so friendly and nice. They have so many options I never know which ones to pick in the morning.

My husband and I were at Lakeway Spa and Resort for vacation and stopped here for breakfast one morning. The Spinach Artichoke Kolache was amazing! It had a hint of spice in it that wasn’t too strong. Everything is made fresh there that day!

Not much to say, Donuts are good, the kolaches are good. I will say 4 bucks for a ham and swiss on a croissant is a bit much. I think it was one piece of swiss and one piece of ham that was good but not great not worth 4 bucks when i go elsewhere and get more food. But over all I’ll continue to come here.

Love their jalapeño kolaches. We’ve picked up several kolaches & donuts prior to the 4^th of July parade & shared with folks while we are lining up to March. Always a special treat & great customer service!

I like to say I’m somewhat of a donut snob. I try donuts everywhere I go around the country. Amazing donuts in NYC and Chicago plus many more. I have to say these donuts are so incredible. They are full of deliciousness not just air. A great size! Not too sweet. If you go within the hour they are baked they are warm! Love it. I go every Sunday!

Whoever thought of candy on top of donuts is a genius and deserves the key to the city. My kids go nuts for this place! This place is booming with people on the weekends… It’s a must try and if you have kids be ready for them to get hooked!

Ok, so imagine bacon on a donut. With maple glaze smeared around. Several of these managed to show up in my donut collection for the office treat. They were a huge hit! Now they will be a monthly routine for the office donut treat. Try one and you too will be convinced.

Forget those wimpy donuts from chain shops – go for the Donut Hole’s unique, fat ‘n fluffy Texas-​sized treats for your morning fix.
I gazed upon the selection of classic glazed and cake donuts all the way to the unique zebra-​glazed, purple people eater, pretty in pink, the Smurf, mint chocolate chip, Butterfinger crunch, Oreo munch, and the strawberry glazed with chunks of actual fruit on top. Oh, wait — there are cinnamon rolls, too? Decisions, decisions!
A baker from the back pulled out a tray of puffy chocolate-​glazed donuts at least double the size of the «other» shops. They looked so fresh, I had to get one of those – and I was not disappointed.
The service here is what makes this place a 5-​star establishment. When was the last time you actually saw someone whistling while they worked? The associate working the cashier at 10:00 a.m. on Sunday morning truly seemed to love his job. My brother and I left smiling and noticed the sign on the door: «Monkeys Always Welcome.» Well, I guess that’s true – I mean, they let us in after all. And guess what? We’ll be back.

A great place to stop in the morning before work. It’s not far off 620 and usually is very quick. They have pretty good coffee and a good price (also they have big coffee cups!) I usually stop in and grab a donut/​kolache. They have a crazy selection of donuts for those who aren’t just plain glazed donut people!

The Donut Hole is a local business that has the most uniquely decorated donuts I’ve come across. My kids have been patronizing this place since we moved to Lakeway and they have their favorites, including the «Zebra,» the «Morning After,» and the «Pretty in Pink.» I enjoy the more adult options of kolaches and egg/​sausage sandwiches, and hey, I have to sneak a few donut holes or bites of donuts as well. When you go on a busy Saturday or Sunday AM, there will be a line, and your favorites may well be out of the display case by the time you get up to the front, but they will typically make them to order on the spot. It’s a great little place.

WE ate at the donut hole in Lakeway Texas! Wow such a variety of donuts and kolaches! YUMMY… our family of 4 loved it!!!

Love the coffee!!! Sausage egg and cheese biscuit all over my face. Wiped it off w/​bovarian cream.

Prepare for long line on Saturday morning. Pretty decent donuts, price for a dozen wasn’t too bad either.

Doughnuts were fantastic and HUGE!
We also loved the kolaches! we tried the spinach and artichoke and the sausage jalapeño !! The bread tasted homemade and the creamy mixture in the artichoke one reminded us of artichoke dip!
The service was quick and they have several choices in drip coffee… Southern Pecan and French Vanilla to name a few. It was well worth the quick stop!

The donuts at the Donut Hole are both inventive and delicious! I could never understand why people would ever order jelly donuts, for example, because they look disgusting. But when the Donut Hole slapped a thick layer of chocolate on the top and called it a «Chocolate Raspberry Donut», they opened my eyes to a new level of deliciousness. And eventual diabetes.

The donuts deserve 10 stars!
The service however is what takes a couple stars away, several times I have had some rather grumpy help when I have gone in!
So I would say get there get the goods at get home and enjoy!
