Some of the world’s worst customer service. Every time I’ve gone in there the coffee bar has been out of everything. When you ask for something the people look at you and walk away. The concept of customer service is non existent. I said something to the manager of the other day the fact that there was no half and half the napkins warehouse in the service station area was filthy she just looked at me and walked off I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody. I doubt they even read their reviews

Usually love stopping here for a mocha before shopping here at Target… Walked in 5 mins ago, only customers in line and we are not acknowledged by the barista as he finishes cleaning whatever he is cleaning(or making what he is making)… He is literally facing us, turns around to put something down and then turns back around… Still no hello and we are about 30 seconds in. I say«doing fine, thanks» in a sarcastic tone, as I’m irritated at this point. Second barista comes up and starts talking with the first one and maybe helping with what he was doing? He doesn’t even look at us, so we just walked. Absolutely worst customer service I’ve ever(not) received at a Starbucks. Regards, 15 year customer.

Love the customer service here. I ordered a Venti Caramel Macchiato and forgot to ask for it iced. Barista offered to exchange it for me! Didn’t have to go the extra like since it was my mistake.

This location USED to be okay, even tho there’s no drive-thru. But last several times I’ve gone, I’ve encountered rude, short, unfriendly baristas. Mind you, I’ve been a «Gold Member» @ bux for yeaaars now(I’ve got a mild addictin to the Green Tea Frap). I’ve spent $ 100’s of dollars there over the yrs! Tonight, I drove through a flash flood rain storm, got to Starbucks six minutes before they«closed», and The Bruce’s working locked the doors early and wouldn’t let me in, even though it was several minutes before closing. As a gold member, having spent so much of my income there, I expect better customer service!

I hate that I even have to choose a star, because it doesn’t even deserve one. This place is consistent in that it has blown chunks every single time I’ve gone. The staff is clueless about their menu. They are rude when you order something their immature palates don’t like by openly criticizing how«groddy» your choice sounds to them. That was just my first experience with them. Then, the glutton for punishment I guess that I am went back a few weeks later. I ordered a coffee that, believe it or not, did not get served with coffee in it! It was just a syrupy goo that I suppose those youngins running the joint think is acceptable. I saw another guy order a mocha frappuccino, and he got served a mocha chip frap. He asked the barista why it had chunks in it because he just ordered a mocha, and she actually said, «it’s the same. It just has chunks in it», and that poor guy just accepted it. Instead of admitting she screwed up the order, and fixing it, she tells him to just deal with what he got served! When you’re paying that much for a drink, it should be the right one! You shouldn’t have to accept chunks you didn’t want. Just sayin’. It’s too bad Starbucks allows this particular location in their system. I need to find local anyway. Maybe that’s why I had the experiences I had there.

Hit or miss here. Wish I didn’t ever have to go, but it is closest coffee joint. The floor supervisors really suck here, and they leave the employees in a lurch all the time. It’s a shame.

Quick, convenient, and quality is consistent here. It is rather small and not as welcoming as the other locations. For a quick in and out, this should be just fine. If you have the Starbucks application on your phone, you can pre-make your drink and save it. Scan the drink and they have your order down cold with no mistakes. Look in to it!

Open super early. Very friendly staff(yup, even early). Always a lot of people here but there is always at least ONE parking spot left for me(yippee!), and line inside moves quickly. Anytime I’ve wished to stay(typically for a quick business meeting) there is always a spot too. So I guess I’m just lucky! I also tend to run into a lot of people I know here which is a good or bad thing depending on my mood and/or what I’m wearing ;-)

The staff was very rude. My daughter ordered a frappo(white chocolate mocha, venti size). They handed her a hot drink. Then I went with her to fix the order and explain she wanted a frappo. The lady told my daughter it was her fault because she didn’t specify if the drink was to be hot or cold. What?! Frappo is what you call the blended ice version of their drinks, is it not? And to actually tell someone it was her fault for messing up an order? When the other person fixed the frappo, he slammed it on the counter without saying a word. If my kid had not been with me, I would have thrown it back at him.

The interior was rather dirty and not much seating. There are large windows that look out onto the parking lot and not much ambience inside. The restroom was filthy and out of both paper towels and toilet paper. Doesn’t seem like Starbucks or the employees seem to care much at this location. More of a truck stop of a Starbucks. But the coffee was hot .so an extra star. Yay!

I am a huge Starbucks fan but this is probably one of the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. My main complaint about this place is the service which is SLOW. It has consistently taken about 15 minutes for them to make me a drink even during non peak traffic times. Overall I avoid this place unless I am really far away from a different Starbucks.

Oh heck no. As in: No changing table in the Men’s Room. No changing table in the Ladies’ Room. I mean really? This location is right off of 35 and as best I saw, the Ladies’ Room had plenty of space for a changing table to be placed against the wall. Rest assured I bet plenty of road warrior travelers are ending up here. The coffee was good, the refilled my reusable cup for like .53 cents.

This Starbucks has saved me many times on my Austin to San Antonio treks, so I figured it’s time so send them some love. Now, the thing about Starbucks is that if you have tried one you’ve tried ‘em all, right? Well, I actually don’t necessarily think that’s true. I’m a HUGE fan of my local coffee shop and wouldn’t dare venture into the ‘Bux if I were in my own city but in the case of this hour drive, I usually am in a state of confusion that comes after a night of livin’ it up in ATX. And this Starbucks hooks me up time and again with well-made drinks and friendly service. Should you find yourself in need of some serious caffeination on your drive to or from SAT, stop in and give these guys a chance. I am always happy with an experience here!

I like to come here when I go to Southpark Meadows. I haven’t really hung out at this store because I get my coffee and then go shopping. I’ve never had to wait in a line here and service is fast.

I love this location, the staff is always friendly, and the coffee is consistently good. My favorite drinks are the flavored lattes, and they always do them justice. :) The only downside to this location is that there is no drive thru.

Went here to try the Starbucks VIA Taste Test. The staff was friendly. I could tell which one was the VIA(didn’t taste as «good» as the other one). The Starbucks employee seemed a little disappointed that I could tell.(I guess there are many that can’t tell the difference). What’s funny is that I don’t even like«coffee». I love the frappuccinos though. They gave me a coupon for $ 1 off VIA(instant coffee) and a free tall brewed coffee.
