I didn’t bother to exchange what I got last year that didn’t work because by the time I paid to return the broken stuff and paid new shipping, I would be out so much more money it was cheaper to take the loss. Which means to me, they basically stole from me in my opinion. And of course they will disagree because of course they would exchange it… All at my cost. They should have refunded my money. They have my money and I have broken crap I threw away. Again, I wouldn’t ever buy from them again.

The staff was super friendly and knowledgable they offered so many security items and took the time to show me and explain all my many many questions, after I purchased I had trouble setting up and didn’t understand it over the phone so they told me to come in and they walked me through my setup. It works perfectly. Would purchase again from them and have recommended to friends and other store owners:-)

Following a legal threat presented to this company and continuous complaining to the Better Business Bureau, they finally refunded me.
Their business practices were so illegal and unethical that I cannot give them a better rating, even though they refunded me after months of continuous battle.
But, as stated, following months of battles and demands, they finally refunded me.
Still won’t ever use their service again.

If you think back a few years when a sushi restaurant (now silhouette??) off congress got busted for video taping activity in the women’s bathroom, Spy Exchange can sell you a tiny little device that shows you if there’s a video recorder in any given room. — I bet that’s how he was finally found out. — Sicko.
Anyway, if you like Bond movies and crazy little gadgets, you will probably like this store. They have all sorts of interesting gear and are happy to show you the latest and greatest. I met the folks who work there while camping a few years back and damn they have great stories.
