I came here for the first time today. The place looks decently clean considering I did not see a single employee the whole time. I even called and let the phone ring for a while. This would be a tiny issue if I and others were able to use the bathrooms. They keep them locked. Live and learn I guess. They should step up their game though. Good luck.

I have been going here since ive moved to austin and been putting my clothes in the same washer… creature of habit… I noticed that the water level and wash is not the same as it was before and I informed one of the attendant there but he was not much help at all. Finally he said talk to the manager. The manager was nice enough to say to get this check. Then in the end this attendant came back put a rug in there and said look it works. I was disappointed by how my complaint was managed. Update: Went and tried another washer. My clothes came out clean and smelling like my clothes got washed. I need to look for another washeteria. The wash costs me 2.75 for medium soil cycle. The dryer cost me 1.25 for 35 minutes but my clothes is still slightly damp all the time. It’s really not worth it…$ 4 a load every week. Too expensive.

Very clean, 99% of the machines work at all times. Enough TVs to keep you occupied. The lady who works here is amazing. She’s super helpful. There is also a taqueria next door so you can also get some food!

This place is great! Linda takes good care of me. The wash and fold is so convenient and inexpensive. Last time I was headed out of town and she had my clothes in, out, smelling fresh and folded in 4 hours! And it was ALOT of clothes! One night when I was there washing some clothes there was a dust up in the parking lot, some drunk guys arguing. Jose walked me out of the parking lot. So considerate!

LOVE this place! I have been using their dropoff wash-and-fold service for about 9 months now. Worth every penny,. In before 10am — back by 1 or 2pm at the latest. I drop my stuff off on the way to work and pick it up on my way home. I like to go on days when Linda G. is available — cheerful, sweet, and my laundry is always done exactly the way I want it.

Just moved to Austin and needed some clothes done while staying in a hotel. Nice, friendly lady employed there who helped out my son and I. Clean, several TVs, games, and soda machines. In and out on a Saturday morning with no waiting and no issues.
