Absolutely horrible service. First PLEASELISTENTOWHATYOURCUSTOMERHASORDERED. Double check with them that there order is good. Secondly when we press the button and there are only 3 other cars out you HAVE time to answer. Thirdly when you get a order wrong don’t make us wait ALMOST20 min just to get that one medium drink out that only needs one ingredient in that you messed up on!!! We even tipped! How horrible of a crew this is tonight it is 9:35pm 05÷08÷16 Please get your service together this is UNACCEPTABLE.

Went there on Dec 13 at11:15am. They weren’t that busy but the service was so slow. It took a long time for our two combo meals to arrive. The car hope read me my order off the receipt and said she was sorry for the long wait. We got home and the discovered the breakfast burrito was not even in the bag! I had to drive back to the Sonic and flagged down the car hop again. She said they would make it right away. No apology so I pressed the red button and said it was ridiculous that I had to come back because they forgot one of the main food items. The person said they would send the manager out to speak to me. A few minutes later the manager with dyed blue hair comes out and says, «Are you the one with that didn’t get the burrito? Sorry, Here you go.» That was it. I told her that my burger and tots were getting cold at home because I had to come back to get the food they forgot. There was no offer to comp the food or any offer for a free burger next time. She said, «Hang on» then goes back inside and returns with a token for a free drink on my next visit. REALLY? That is supposed to make up for forgetting to put my order in the bag? I’ll give the token to the next homeless man I see at the corner of I-35 and Wells Branch Pkwy, because I’m not going back. I drive out of my way to visit another location instead of this one. That is pathetic and a manager who doesn’t have a clue about customer service.

I either get rude people taking my order or they ALWAYSGETMYFOODWRONG. The service here is the worst. Most sonics I go to are prompt and polite and they pay attention to the customers. I’ll be calling corporate this place is the worst. Tips to the manager/owner: hire better staff and get a manager that cares.

This sonic is HORRIBLE– don’t go! There is never enough staff, so you literally are waiting for 15 mins for them to take your order 30 mins all together to receive your drink during happy hour. The other day I went for half price shakes for the family! Guess what the ice cream machine was broken. The service is horrid and the people literally take on the obvious lack of fixing the problem because EVERYTIME I GO it’s the same thing. WARNING — JUST save your gas and money and go to 7 – 11 right next store.

I go there and order 4 blasts, they came out melted but I didn’t notice until I got home which is about a mile down the street, a 2 minute drive if I hit both red lights. I called the manager asking them to remake them or credit my card back, whichever was easier. And the manager was a complete b**** about it and refused. Needless to say I’m never coming to sonic again thanks for the water blasts

Twice I ordered their«chili pie» and twice I’ve gotten chili fries. And they’re not very nice about having to fix the order. Not tgat Sonic is a 5-star restaurant, it is fast food, but if you mess my order up, don’t be a jerk when I ask for what I actually ordered.

I’ve learned not to visit this Sonic. Every single time I’ve gone to this Sonic my order has been messed up — even when I’m just ordering a shake. The last time I went I ordered a salted caramel shake with no whipped cream. I received a chocolate shake(no whipped cream though, which is the only time they’ve managed to not put whipped cream on my shake) and the incorrect change. I didn’t realize until I had pulled away and didn’t feel like going back, but I ended up paying $ 9 for a medium shake that wasn’t even the right flavor.

I came here for a quick bite to eat and didn’t quite get what I was looking for. I’ve been to Sonic’s all over the country but this one seemed to be missing something. The fries were a little to crispy for my liking. At least they weren’t soggy like at some other joints but I still didn’t really like these. My Sonic Burger didn’t really hit the mark either. It was just good enough to be decent but It was a little disappointing after a long day of expecting a really good burger. Kudos to the staff though. Really nice folks.

I just paid $ 3.50 for a cup of ice cream. Sucks, because what I ordered was a sonic snickers blast! Yup, no snickers. Just a cup of plain vanilla ice cream. Blows cause that was my one treat after a week of working out!

I have never ever ever had such poor service at a Sonic before. We pulled in around 3:30 expecting it to be relatively busy as we came towards the end of happy hour. We pushed the red button a few times… no answer. Thinking that perhaps our particular space was out of order we proceeded to pull into another. Same thing… push button, no answer. We wait for ten minutes, still without any answer from the lovely people inside. Finally we were able to flag down a car hop who told us to they were trying to catch up on orders and they would be with us as soon as possible, all the while we are watching cars that have come and gone in the time we have been sitting here. Now, a smart person would have probably just chocked it up to a bad day and left… but not us, oh no not us, seeing as we had already invested at least 20 minutes in this adventure we were NOT leaving without our delicious drinks. FINALLY we hit the red button and are greeted with a voice on the other end! We quickly and efficiently make our drink order(four drinks and a small vanilla shake — easy right?). Happy the we were able to get our order in before happy hour ended(albeit five minutes before) we sit back and wait for our cold goodness to arrive. Five minutes… ten minutes… FIFTEEN minutes… still no icy relief. Becoming buddies by now with the red button, we hit it for the umpteenth time that afternoon. A young woman comes out to the car and asks us for patience as they are still trying to catch up on orders… we ask if perhaps they are short staffed, trying to find something to be empathetic with this woman about. She says she cannot answer that question and that she will have our drinks out as soon as possible. Mind you, the happy hour crowd has now exited and we are one of maybe three cars on our side of the parking lot. When another ten minutes goes by it is now the principle of the matter. WEPAIDWEWANTOURDRINKS or at least our money back. Before we can get out to complain, the same woman comes back to our car with pen and paper, takes down our drink order and says she is so sorry and will make them herself. When she does not come back with the drinks after TENMOREMINUTES we finally get out of the car. It is only when we get out of the car and confront a shift leader/manager/not sure who that we explain the situation nicely. The shift leader asks us who we had been talking to, when we point inside to the woman who had been«helping» us she sees us and runs swiftly to the back… The shift leader apologizes, albeit reluctantly hands us our(now melted) drinks and our money back. An HOUR later we are back on our merry way. SHEESH! Get it together Wells Branch Sonic!

I am ADDICTED to cherry limeades. Whenever the warmer temperatures roll around, I order a Route 44 cherry limeade with extra cherry on an almost daily basis. Seriously, I’ve been sucked into that drink… but there are worse things to be addicted to. I don’t particularly care for Sonic’s food… if I’m starving, I’ll occasionally pick up some tater tots or corn dogs. Everything else is usually too greasy/heavy for me. Y’know what? I forgot to get a cherry limeade today… I better go remedy the situation!

Hey its Sonic! Why’d I come here again? Um… the burgers? No. hm… the chili dogs? no. tots? don’t even like tots so no. I can’t think of any reason I actually go here… Oh wait! Slushies and cherry limeade! And blizzard knockoffs within walking distance of where I live! That’s why. But seriously now, Sonic has slightly less than mediocre food and everything, but the service here is good and i do like their drinks a lot. And since they’re really close thats why they get 3 stars instead of 2. I would probably rate it higher if I hadn’t overloaded on Sonic food when I was in college. As far as Sonics go, give it a shot if you’re thirsty, they’re friendly here.

Hello, my name is Angelica, and I am a Soniholic. Yes, it’s true, I love the fresh fruit slushies and I am even more addicted to the fast, fattening foods. My favorite is the footlong, chili-cheese coney with mustard. Seriously, one person should NEVER consume this thing without intending to instantaneously develop a clogged artery. Not only do I eat this, I also enjoy an order of tots and a watermelon slush at the same time. If this is wrong, then I don’t want to be right.
