KFC

That restaurant is having problems every single Friday whenever we go to it during the evening times ,
Like on Friday April 15,16 they didn’t have their chicken tender ready they say it will take about 30 minutes before it is done but we didn’t want to wait and this car before us they left too.
Then today April 22,16 they say that their power went out and they only take cash which some peoples don’t have cash .
Which we are not going there anymore. Because they already have issued and problem around 5pm thru 7:00pm all the time today we went there at 6:16pm they say we only take cash because our power went out. They need a new head boss over there .they need to close that one down and add a Starbucks there.

I went to this specific location yesterday evening about 6pm. I always liked going to KFC. For me, its remained very consistent. But, after receiving my plate, my food was over cooked, dry and just tasted bad. My mashed potatoes and gravy was disgusting and tasted like cardboard/​chemicals; $ 18 later I was extremely disappointed with the quality of food this KFC was serving. I don’t blame the people working there entirely, although they are cooking the food, but blame the management that trained them. With all the revamp and new commercials KFC has been running lately, I’d expect a lot better quality of food. I have consistently had good food form KFC but, felt this particular location needs to be re-​evaluated in terms of quality of food served.

The employees here were very friendly and tired to help me get directions to where I was going.
I ordered the small potato wedges which I have to say were not all that great. Half of them were brittle burnt and dried. The rest were just left out and a bit dried… Well its been a while since I have had them properly made or right out from the deep fryer so maybe this is how they make them?
I don’t like to waste my food but I was in a hurry and they weren’t all that tasty…
I saw they were having a few newer selections so I may be back to try it out.
I can’t believe this cost me $ 1.69 plus 14 cents for tax which came out as $ 1.83! For the tiny portion I got and how it was made mmmm I’ve had wedges from HEB (Here Everything Better) that tastes better…
This place is very clean and besides me I saw three other ppl at a table. This tells me yeah you should be clean since you have nothing to clean but at the same time that means if you cooked the food before and waiting for customers to come in and sell it to them its going to taste awful…
This place tried helping me so I will give them 4 stars subtract my food which was 1 star…
