My roommate has been here for several years and I have just completed my first. I can see why she has stuck around. The staff here is very considerate and attentive. Our AC was out and they came by immediately and fixed it in minutes. I look forward to another year with this complex.

We signed our lease before the new company came in. When we first moved in it was a nightmare and under the new company management. The door to our mailbox was missing and it took almost 2 months to get it fixed. Our mail was getting stolen and it was frustrating. They said a mailbox door is a hard thing to get replaced. I don’t know if it is but I don’t think it should take almost 2 months. Getting maintenance to go out and fix something has also been an issue. Our A/C broke down and it took about 3 weeks before it was fixed. I had to tell them 3 times before it actually got fixed. It’s been ridiculous dealing with them when something goes wrong. The complex and the apartments are nice. They are renovating so if you move in chances are you will have the upgrades. If you are already signed your lease or renew, they will charge you extra on your rent if you want the upgrades new tenants have. The pool is ok. The pool is often dirty tho and I don’t think they clean it regularly. They have only 1 bbq pit and you are not allowed to have your own grill(city of austin rules). It is a gated complex but the gate is broken 3 weeks out of the month. Either it is always open or one gate is open. The other week they had everybody going in and out of the entrance gate. The entryway road curves and so it is very dangerous. The have cable and trash valet fees in addition to the rent. These are things you cannot opt out of. Personally I don’t mind taking the trash out myself and just save myself the additional $ 25 a month. Especially since it is only done 4 days out of the week. There are pros and cons to Saratoga Ridge. It is not the worst apartment complex but it’s definitely not the best.

Saratoga ridge use to be about all talk and no delivery. Ever since the new management team came in they have done nothing but delivered from upgrades galore to a good customer service process when something is needed. Overall 5 stars! Keep up the great work!

These apartments are absolutely beautiful, practically priced, and their customer service is absolutely fantastic! any issues we have are quickly taken care of, and they always check in afterwards to make sure everything was done satisfactorily. these are definitely the best apartments I’ve lived in!

Absolutely love this place! The staff are amazing. Leslie and Ross are exceptional employees. Very professional and made sure all of my concerns were addressed. I would recommend this place to any of my family and friends!
