Best customer service received at automotive tire shop in years. Juan Gonzales worked at north Austin store for yrs, glad to find him promoted to Service Manager at the South I-​35 location.

Stopped in here for service. Salesman never mentioned what they COULD do. Spent 5 minutes giving excuses as to why they COULD NOT help me. This was after I stood in the lobby 10 minutes with him walking in and out of the room leaving me totally unattended. It boils down to poor staffing and poor customer service. I will go where customers are appreciated for what they are… the foundation of business.
