So I love little Caesars, however the man tells me to wait 15 minutes for a hot and ready. I’m past my 15 minutes and he gives a walk in a pizza before me. A female walks in and he helped her first. Not fun but pizza was good.

First off 5 $ hot and ready are actually 6 $ whatever. I asked the very rude cashier for a pepperoni pizza got just cheese(not a huge deal) but when I opened the box it smelt TERRIBLE and looked like it had been sitting out for hours. Of course it tasted horrible as well and actually made me very sick later on that night. Just a shitty place.

It’s a five dollar pizza, so don’t expect much. That being said, being parents to three high school to grade school kids each active in different sports and other extracurriculars, we tend to need to hit this place or something similar more often than I would like. The pizzas are always made differently. Sometime really well. other times, like your super high roommate got into an argument with your other roommate who is super drunk, and much like the red headed step child of an unhealthy marriage, the pizza takes the beating. But the five dollar pizza has become all. This is where they make their money, if the amount of attention they offer mass producing these things indicates(which, to be honest, scares me… THIS is their main money maker?!?). Don’t expect to get anything other than the pepperoni or cheese with out a 45 minute wait(I’m going to reference the weed again cause each time they tell us 10 – 15 min on a slow night… enter the weed induced time warp, add 30 min and u get a pizza). Don’t expect a call to make that wait any better. You can call for 15, 30, or even 45 minutes with out them picking up the phone for your order(tonight we had three cell phones calling to try to get through). They don’t have a way to order online, or an app… C’mon, really? What century are we living in? We’ll be back, I’m sad to say, but only because there just aren’t a lot of choices to feed a family of 5 on a busy night.

Having worked in the service industry all my life I rarely leave bad reviews, however the total lack of service and outright rudeness tonight leave me no choice. I called to order a custom pizza since it was on my way home and after 10+ rings I hung up and called again thinking I must have dialed the wrong number. Again no answer so I hung up and drove over. I walked in and there were no other customers and at least 4 employees. No one spoke to me although a couple of them looked my way. After 3 – 5 minutes an employee walked in the front door, did something at the cash register and walked to the back. Another 5 minutes go by and a customer walks in the door. The last employee in walked to the front and asked if he could take the new customer order. I immediately asked him if I was invisible and he stammered and said he would take my order first if it made me happy. I told him I wanted the number of a manager or the owner and he told me the manager was there. He walked to the back and talked to one of the guys making pizza. That gentleman finished what he was doing, washed his hands and then walked to the counter and asked the other customer if he could take his order. I asked if he was the manager, he said yes and I asked if he was told that I wanted to talk to him. He looked agitated and asked what I wanted. He told me they were running behind on a large order so they were busy. I asked him if busy meant ignoring some of your customers. With no apology and no answer to my questions he asked me what I wanted. I told him I wanted the phone number of the owner. He went to the side and came back with a handwritten number, tossed it at me and began taking the other customers order. I don’t know who owns this place, because the phone number just rang and rang, but they need to take a look at the reviews. I know my business won’t hurt them, but you can believe I will not be going back.

I have to say that we have visited this location more times than I care to admit. And I’ve almost left this review a few times, but every other time or so, they manage to get their sh*t together. Tonight though, I think this was the last straw. Now their management won’t give a rats hoo-nanny that I’m leaving this review. Their target customer is «I’ll take whatever you have ready right now.» And they really do a great job with that. But heaven forbid you EVER have an order beyond what they have available. If you do, you can take that 10 – 15 min wait time they quote you, and double, if not triple, if not QUADRUPLE that time. At one point or another, they have managed to stick us with each of those wait times. For some reason, they can’t separate the«whatever is ready» orders and the«I ordered a specific pizza» orders. So unless, by miracle, your entire order is ready at one specific time, they may(and do, often!) give your pizza to the next person who walks in and wants whatever is ready. More times than I can count, they have flat out given my pizza away to someone else, as I sat in the lobby waiting for them to give it to me. I’m not one to tell someone how to do their job, but geezus! Get it together people. Keep it all separate. And figure out a way to quote accurate times. OH, and they tell me tonight, the reason they didn’t answer the phone when I tried to call ahead, was because«they don’t answer the phone when they are in the weeds and trying to catch up.» Ugh. TOTOPTONIGHTOFF: I get home and the pizza was RAW, likely because they pulled it too early, because they knew I was upset that they gave my pizza to someone else. It was disgusting and I’m now eating a PBJ. Thanks for that And finally, in closing, whatever happened to working until the end of your shift? A month ago, I see their«open» light is still on and I turn in to get a pizza. I know it’s near the end of their shift, by really, how long does it take to make a pizza. And damn it, I was prepared to tip them. And I walk in, and they are like«we are closed». I check the time… «You don’t close for another 7 min.» «Yeah, well we already put all the stuff away. I’ve gotta go.» WTF? Even at a restaurant that I waited tables at, if some yahoo walked in AT closing, you still served them an entire meal… Even if you didn’t get out until an hour after your«official» closing. Does it make this person a dick? Yes! Is it acceptable if they tip you fat? ABSO-F’IN-LUTELY! But even if they didn’t, you still have to do YOURJOB. Ugh. I’m done. I’ll get my pizza from somewhere else and get better service. For what it’s worth, the people tonight we’re at least nice… Albeit disorganized.

I don’t understand why the pizzas here are never«ready». Sure, they may be hot — only because you have to wait 20 mins to get one. And they always seem to be understaffed. Poorly managed. It’s funny sitting here listening to the phone ring the whole time.

I have to say this is one of the best. Please bring back the deep dish bacon pizza!

Good prices, terrible service. Came in for a hot n ready pizza, ordered and paid, and it’s now been 30 minutes. Should have just called Dominos.

I love little Caesar’s veggie pizza! It is by far the best the chains have to offer. But it’s kind of hard to order one when no one will answer their phone. Even though you call twice. And let the phone ring for five minutes at a time…

«Hot and Ready» my butt. I’m writing this review sitting in the restaurant after waiting 20 minutes for a pepperoni pizza. I’ve had pizza delivered faster than this place. Don’t come here for fast service. The pizza was good after I finally got it.

Terrible, called in my order and was told it would be 15 minutes. Showed up and waited another 20 minutes. When questioned, they hadn’t even started making our order yet. What finally came out was raw and made everybody in the house sick. Never do this location people — you will be sorry.

Called in two pizza, and I was told it would be 10 minutes. I am now waiting over 49 min! But after talking to the manager they gave me a refund and apologized. I know places get busy at time, and manager handles it well.

Yes, it’s Little Caesars! The pizza is far from gourmet or fancy, but it’s not bad either. It’s a great place for cheap pizza! To be honest, I don’t usually go to Little Caesars when the pizza calling comes over me. I went today because I needed pizza fast for a spur of the moment decision to bring pizza to my kiddo’s preschool class as a surprise. The good thing about LC is that you can walk in the door and grab a couple pizzas and be on your way in 5 minutes or less. Nice! You can also call ahead if you want something specific or a large number of items. They will cook your order fresh and have it waiting for you when you arrive. Another great thing is it’s cheap! You can get a cheese or 1 topping large for $ 5.99 or 3 toppings for $ 8.99. They also have the $ 5 combo that has a small deep dish pizza and a soda. Not bad, especially if you are on a budget. I do have to admit to an addiction to LC’s Crazy Bread. They stuff is super yummy and I can eat a whole bag in a sitting. A bag of Crazy Bread and dipping sauce is only $ 2.99, so it’s a fun add on. There has actually been a few times I walked in just for Crazy Bread! The chicken wings here are pretty tasty as well, but a bit pricey. I ordered a regular order for $ 6.99 and got 8 small wings. It just seems a bit high, in my opinion. They do taste good, especially the garlic Parmesan ones especially! On a side note, if you go around 11:45am, the place gets swamped with high schools kids getting lunch. I know this because while I was there for 5 minutes, about 20 different kids came in to get lunch. It got packed in there really quick. Keep that in mind, if that is your lunch break time frame. The pizza isn’t fancy, but it will get the job done. You can grab already made dinner for under $ 6 and not lose time on your commute.
