We have recently returned to Domino’s, now that there’s one close. Our experience the first time back was good. We felt we got good value for the price. This second time was NOT. We ordered from an e-mail«deal», two 2-topping large for $ 7.99. There was no indication that we could have had anything additional for that price. When I got to the store the sign on the door advertised 3-topping large pizzas for $ 7.99. Domino’s e-mail«deal» tricked us into ordering less than we could have had. That feels dishonest. The pizza was average at best. The staff was friendly, but not at all sympathetic to the advertising dishonesty. The response was, «That’s just a different deal.» Time to go back to Pizza Hut or Papa John’s(which has better pizza, anyway). Domino’s needs to get its act together.

This is my go to Dominos! It’s close to home and they are consistent! I always get fresh hot pizza in the pick up time they told me. Dominos no longer has parmesan or pepper packets. I ALWAYS ask for free parmesan and they’ve said yes all but once. I think they’re a buck but I’ve never paid for them so idk. Ask what specials are going on before ordering!

Amari was great. I’ll spare you the gory details that sent me angrily driving to the store but suffice to say I was ready to get my way. Little did I know I was standing in the wrong store. Silly me for thinking pizza delivery comes from the nearest shop but I don’t know how the lines are drawn in the computer. I walk in and am already pissed at the way I was treated over the phone and once the manager Amari explained to me and showed me on a map that I was in the wrong store I came down to DEFCON3 and that’s when the five star customer service came out. Amari and his staff had nothing to do with how I was treated by a different store but he insisted that he could make it right. He apologized repeatedly for something he had nothing to do with but it did make me feel better. He made my entire order for me and gave me a huge discount for my troubles. He also assured me that he will speak to his bosses about people getting routed to the wrong store when buying online. The food was great and we rang in the new year with style thanks to one manager who went above and beyond his duties to help a customer that he had nothing to do with how he was mistreated. It’s things like this that make customers come back for life. I will be ordering from this store exclusively because I know they treat people the way they would want to be treated. At the end of the day it was not about the discount because I would have paid full price but it would have damaged the entire company’s reputation in my mind. It was about how he and his staff treated me after the fact. Thank you very much.

Came into the store for the first time after ordering delivery pretty often, the staff here is as great as the food! I had no idea Domino’s had such a nice dine-in area. I do miss the free parmesan cheese and crushed red peppers though, would be 5 stars if they kept that around.

Wonderful new location. They offer dine in with TVs and wifi. The food is great. And delivery is quick. It’s what you would expect from Dominos.

I don’t know if it’s because they have just opened this location or what, but the pizza that I ordered yesterday was not very good at all. The place itself is nice compared to the Pond Springs location as they do have an actual place to sit and eat, WiFi, and plenty of room if you have to wait for your order, and TVs; but the pizza was gross. I ordered 2 mediums, one with pepperoni with tomatoes, the other with pepperoni with breakfast bacon. The one with tomatoes did not come out right at all. At the other location when I have ordered this same pizza with the tomatoes, they tomatoes appeared to be cut up fresh and put on top and then baked. Not so here. It looked like they used stewed tomatoes from a can(yucky as my baby boy puts it). The tomatoes were soggy and sloppy looking. Not to mention there was too much sauce on the pizza and the crust was overly bubbled up. I did not taste the other one, but it must have not been very appeasing either because my kids usually devour their pizza like its nothing. Last night, there was over half still remaining lol. I might give them another chance some time down the road. But for now, I will be going back to the Pond Springs location if I want Domino’s in the near future.
