It looked like a nice place in a good location, and I was ready to put down the money to get the unit they offered, one another person had just finished viewing before me.
And that is when the manager, who was out of the office, called. Apparently, she had already sold the unit I was being offered, apartment 153, the previous day. She had forgotten to mark it off on the list that they have, and the leasing agent there that day did not know this had happened.
I am sure it is an otherwise nice place to live, but that reflected poorly on them.
They attempted to keep me as a potential tenant by offering me a more expensive unit that would not become available until 2 weeks after I had to move out of my current apartment.

We just moved out of this complex, but with nothing really negative to say! We only moved to be closer to the UT campus.
Keystone is in a very convenient location with easy access to 183, which offers many restaurants and places of interest. Even being that close to the freeway, however, the community is very quiet.
The management has always been very nice and easy to work with, and the leasing agent (Dominique) is one of the best I’ve come across! It shows when agencies genuinely care about their tenants.

Keystone Apartments are the best!!! Great location, affordable, clean, safe and I can walk to almost anything. I have a texaco and shell gas station, nail salon, short stop, chuys, Walgreens, Chinese you name it!!! Love the management, Dominique is very caring for the residents and takes care of us, very professional. Looking forward to renewing my lease.
