It’s rare that you go to a food truck and then think to yourself, «Wow, that was better than I expected, given what I paid.» But that’s what I thought after eating at Ground Up.
The coffee: superb. The juice: delicious. The sandwiches and salads: Perfect size and excellent quality. The service: Friendly. I wish this truck was parked outside my office every day.

Man, I just got steak and broccoli from Ground up and I didn’t even have to leave the buildings parking lot. Incredibly tasty too.

Salmon was cooked perfectly. Super happy it wasn’t over salted or over cooked. Mushrooms were seasoned and grilled with minimal fuss. Hubs really liked the turkey wrap. Super flavorful. The onion pepper marmalade (?) really took this dinner from a 4 star to a 5 star. The sweet potato wedges were naturally sweet.
Fresh food that lets you taste the ingredients. Nothing was oil/​salt drenched. Will come again

The food truck was parked outside of my office building today and I missed our cafeterias lunch window so I figured I’d give them a shot. I got the grilled chicken breast with steamed broccoli and it tasted like it was home cooked. It was amazing. I’ll be guaranteed to stop by this truck whenever they come back around.

They were parked outside of MyMatrixx this morning. Chill dudes, and tasty foods. I got a scramble from them which was: 3 eggs, Bacon, Smoke Sausage and Colby cheese. It was very tasty. Thanks again guys!

You won’t find gimmicky sauces, hipster cooks, or XXXX «fusion» cuisine at this truck. Straightforward honest good food, prepared simply with quality ingredients.
In a world of food trucks trying to outdo each other, the Plain Jane approach is a breath of fresh air. I’m won over. Oh yeah, good coffee and heck of a swell pair of guys, too.

These guys come to my office once weekly and I have never been disappointed. I recommend the seasoned polenta; they make it various ways and each has been delicious. The guys are friendly enough and their menu is amusing. For example, the bananas are described as «free range & cage free with a special wrapper.»

Delicious food! Healthy options sourced responsibly! Reasonable prices! What’s not to like about this truck? They come to my office once a week or so as the daily food truck and I’ve always been very pleased. The guys are very friendly and fast. I usually get the grilled salmon. They will cook it however you like, but I like mine medium rare. It’s always perfect! On the side I get the yummy brussels sprouts or sweet potato wedges. The ground beef lettuce wraps and the caprese salad are pretty great too. Give these guys a try if you see them out and about.

Two words: gross jerks
These guys got invited to a corporate gig that I was at.
Pros:
* Coffee was good
Cons:
* Scrambled eggs had a bunch of hair in it, got a refund. I’d leave it there but then they were really rude to one of my friends because she didn’t get the whole french press drink thing right. It’s admittedly a non-​simple thing but there’s a right way and a wrong way to handle that.
Needless to say they won’t be invited back.
