Took my 13 year old son to see Mai after seeing her name on Unilocal — as we knew her from another salon. Had heard good things about Finleys and was not disappointed! The place is beautiful and relaxed, with a nice lounge and sodas, beer and a keurig. Mai did her usual fabulous job — she listens to her clients but also has a good sense for what styles work for each person. I highly recommend Mai and Finleys! We will return for sure and hope the line at Lick next door isn’t quite so long so we can pop in for a post-​haircut treat.

Mai cut my hair Friday and did an awesome job, and she is super cool, which is bonus. She knew exactly what I was going for, did it efficiently and even got me a second beer halfway through the cut.
I’ll be back. Highly recommend booking an appointment with Mai.

Outstanding customer service and great haircuts. I just switched from Finley’s downtown to Finley’s on Burnet Road because of the parking situation. I was not surprised to find a great barber shop with easy easy parking. I want to say the Casey is just the best. He is meticulous and does a perfect job on my curly gray hair. He is fun to chat with to boot.
I highly recommend Finley’s and especially Casey.

I used to go to the finleys downtown and never was wowed by my haircut. I decided to try this location and it was the best decision I have ever made for my hair. I went to Casey after reading the reviews of others and I cannot recommend him enough. He gave me the best cut I have ever gotten. And it was exactly what I asked for. Go to Casey, you won’t regret it.

I may work at an incredible salon surrounded by amazing stylists I am always looking for someone to take care of my short hairstyle.
Today, on a last minute need, I decided to try out the new neighborhood barber shop. Finley’s opened a few months ago next to the ice cream shop on Burnet and because it is so close I thought I would try them. Natalia had an opening (lucky me) and I got the best haircut ever! She is very skilled, the haircut is exactly what I wanted, and the shampoo… well, it makes the haircut even better. She is friendly, talented, and treated me like a star even after finding out I was a stylist.
Finley’s is an «old school» barber shop offering beer, barber chairs, sports, and that great neck shave. I recommend this barber shop to anyone who likes the «old school» experience (minus the old barber talking politics). Thanks Finley’s and Natalia for a great experience.

They can’t keep their appointments on time. Had an 1130 then was told it would be 1150. As a business if you’re going to take appointments, then be able to keep them. They have good barbers but as we all know waiting especially when a confirmed time has been agreed upon can be a deal killer.

This place is awesome and perfect for guys! Big screen t.v. in the lounge area with complimentary coffee, beer and other beverages. Like many others have noted Casey N. does a great job and I’m glad I found this spot.

Sent my husband for THe Duo, — haircut and hot towel treatment and shave. Yes, there was a little sticker shock, But for a precision haircut and shave. Thanks Mari!
Went back with our Son — and they were terrific. They have flat panel cable at each station, so he could pick the show of his choosing and enjoy. Nothing sadder than a little guy with a lousy haircut, and the Finleys barbers took the time to make sure he was looking dapper.

Dana was excellent and managed to fit me in before a scheduled client. She did an excellent job and was fun to talk to. They offered me a drink and it looked like there was a cool little lounge area. Because I was a lucky walk-​in, I didn’t have to wait at all.
The cut itself was very solid and Dana did an excellent fade. My hair is particular and loves to stick up in goofy places. She anticipated that and made it work out perfectly. I’ll definitely be back!

FIrst time getting my beard trimmed since growing it out. Lavender scented hot towels, good beer, an engaging but not overly talkative barberess (I think that’s the right word). Had the trim and condition and even bought the bluebeard moisturizer to go with it. This is my first time and I will return to MAI specifically. She educated me on different beard treatments and maintenance, Thanks Mai, you got my face purdy for my gay cruise, thanks shuga

If you need a barber that will listen to and execute exactly what you want and need from a haircut, go and see Casey Needham at Finleys barber shop on Burnet Rd. He’s a craftsman. His haircuts make you look and feel like a million bucks and even after a couple of weeks of the hair growing back, it still looks sharp and better than most people’s hair. I’ve never gotten a beard trim from him but I know people who have and they love it. Do yourself a favor and get your next haircut by Casey Needham. If it cost double or he moved to Houston, I would pay it and make the drive.

After three years of not stepping into a barbershop I have found the one. Casey is an artist at what he does. His exceptional attention to detail is what sets him apart from any barber I’ve ever had. Casey rocked it out yesterday. I got a haircut as well as a beard shape/​trim, and this guy is a master; very detail-​oriented and not to mention just an overall great guy.
This Finley’s location is new, and they stocked it with all the perks of an upscale shop (free beer/​sodas, tv’s at each station, neck massagers, hot lather shaves, lavender-​scented towels, great products, etc…). I would highly recommend it if you’re looking for an upscale, relaxing experience. Give Casey a try as well — outside of wailing on the drums, I think the man has found his second calling.

Excellent! Fast~~ great little lounge in the back w complimentary beer, wine, water, sodas~ and he place looks awesome! The décor is all black and white~ nod to the old barber shops w hair washing stations at eat station to do a final rinse w a hot towel on the face. when finishing up~~ a nice close shave the old school way. My hubs is in love!
