Say what you want about «chain salons» but some of my best haircuts have come from Lupita at this location. She’s friendly and I get a great cut every time. I like the MVP Package which gets the cut, shampoo, hot towel on the face, and a shoulder massage. The cut looks great and I really enjoy talking with Lupita.

Had a free coupon. Nice to have the TVs but they had no wait. If you have to wait and don’t want to watch TV you have a Walmart to shop in.

I’ve gone here three times to get a haircut, because it’s right on my walk home, so it’s really convenient.
The first two times I went I got completely adequate haircuts. Probably worth three or four stars.
Today a girl was in the middle of giving me a haircut, and then paused, and said she’d be right back. She came back with her manager, and basically said she didn’t know what to do. Her manager then started cutting my hair while passive aggressively telling the girl how she’d messed up. So now I feel really self-​conscious about how I look and will be looking for a new place to get a haircut.
Odds are you’ll probably get an adequate haircut, I think this was a fluke experience.
