These guys were awesome! Got an awesome deal on the darkest window tint for no extra cost. Job was done very well, just had it done today and it looks amazing!

This place is fast and they stand behind their work. They have a cash special and many tint options. The owner is super nice and so is the staff.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. My boyfriend took my car here to get tinted and they cut the tint too short and there are bubbles on my back window. The problem is not the errors that were done but the fact that the only time I can bring my car in to get fixed is during the week because they are so busy on the weekends. Well since I work 8 – 5 Monday through Friday and live in Elgin Texas, it’s not possible for me to take my car during the week unless I want to miss out on money. I contacted them and asked if we could work out a time when they can fix my tint on the weekend and after going back and forth with whoever the guy was on the other line, he told me I will have to see and he hung up on me. Needless to say, my tint is still not fixed and I have not received a return call. Be careful who you take your stuff too and make sure everything is correctly done before you leave the place of business because if not, you are screwed unless you have days to take it back up there.

Make sure the quote they give you over the phone is the same thing they will charge you once you’re there. I called and gave my whole situation, and was given a really good quote. Then when I went in, immediately they said that they normally charged more. Then they increased the amount further for reasons I had already explained over the phone. I’m not sure if the end quote I received in person is a good one or not, I haven’t shopped around. But the fact that they lied to me even though I was clear from the get go, that doesn’t sit well with me. I’d rather pay more at a shop that will be honest to me.

I went in and got a tint job here they were friendly and did a really good job! The only negative is there is no waiting area so you must leave and come back! But got all the old tint removed and new tint on the entire car for $ 130 and it looks great!

Great place for a fast tint. I have brought 10 plus friends here to get there car done because I trust there work. See you on my next car

Shop around Austin for a while and you’ll realize you can’t beat this price. They are an honest, no haggle outfit. We called in to verify price and availability. They were good to their word on both issues. No sales pitches or anything, just business. The final product quality was beyond my expectations for the price I found. There were no spots or bubbles.
Why 4 stars? I have to agree with some of the other reviews. They did leave a bit of a mess in my car. Leftover material and some residue remaining from the chemicals/​liquids used to remove and place the tint. Also, don’t plan on staying here as there isn’t a waiting area or anything to do besides sit and wait on the curb. However, you will not be able to beat the price. They were also good about the time and can tell you exactly when your vehicle will be ready.

Price was good, I paid about $ 120 to remove all old tint and put on new tint. They weren’t very clean, left a mess and old tint film all over in my car, whatever spray they used on new tint, stained the inside of my car, Staff was ok, didn’t «WOW» me, Overall, my experience was A-​OK but you for sure couldn’t beat the price. Next time, I am pretty sure I will go somewhere else, that is a little more high-​end to get the quality of service and better product. Just an FYI, Da Shade Window Tinting and Aguila Tint and Tire is the same company, apparently.

$ 120 for the whole car, a small suv… and they’re super quick (about 1.5 hrs, on a Sunday afternoon) and professional. Explained how dark the tint could legally be, how its going to look in the next few days, and told us to hang onto the receipt + business card in case of any problems… to come back anytime.

Had to get a ReTint of my back window on an Altima. He charged $ 75 and did it as I waited… and I called 3 other places and they wanted from $ 100-​$ 125 for the same job, and needed me to drop off the car all day. Owner was straight up and a nice guy.

I had some trouble with Jiffy lube and my car inspection… due to the fact that the window tint on my windshield was a hair below the legal line. So they made me strip it from my window in order to pass.
Da Shade is off of I35 and after the Oltorf exit. I pass this place daily and they advertise tinting a whole car for $ 120. So I decided to go and get my car done.
The process was fast. About 20 minutes for them to complete the job and they did a really good job. The tint job was good. But the reason for a ³⁄₅ was the fact that they couldn’t reinstall my rear view mirror and claimed that it had worn out pieces.
I was able to mount the mirror on my own… just took a little while to figure out the mounting. The price was good and the service was fast.
