Went through the drive-thru and employees were nice, got my order right. Got it out fast. AND gave me more than enough sauce when I asked for BBQ sauce. They didn’t charge me like most places. The pickles were pretty acidic. But other then that good food, decent service.

The signs posted on the doors and windows of this store state that opening time is 6:00am. Turns out that’s simply a suggestion. This marks the first day that I never go to a Burger King again. Thank you for the memories, not to mention great customer service experiences!

I agree that the food is edible. The one thing that really puts me off, is the girl who works at the front counter(a young lady, not sure her name, but she’s been there for AWHILE). I was always told that you’re supposed to smile for the customers, or, at least, not inflict their soul with the icicles, acting like you’d wish I’d disappear. I first noticed her working there several months ago, and I’ve never seen her smile or deviate from a very low, depressed tone of voice. I mean, I know it can’t be all that great working at Burger King, but come on. At least act like you’re happy that you’re getting paid. The same girl also canceled a $ 30 order after it was already being made, because we were short 2 cents. Yes, two cents. She didn’t even call the manager over to see if it’s okay to let 2 cents slide in favor of a $ 29.98 profit. Well, anyway… We went next door to McDonalds.

This place was great in the beginning. Now, it is not even up to to par anymore. I’m not sure if you have noticed but fast-food restaurants are getting more and more expensive to eat at. Totally going against the original idea of fast-food — good, cheap, quick, and decent. I’m not sure what the owner and manager of this restaurant must think but they have really gone way out with their prices. If you order two whoppers with drinks and fries chances are you will be paying over ten bucks for that. You could get a very nice meal at Red Lobster or Apple Bees for that price. The reason for this post is because I never got a response from Burger King about what happened here awhile ago. I ordered through the drive-thru two junior whoppers. Because I ordered through the drive-thru, I wasn’t able to thoroughly check my order, otherwise I would have asked them to fix it. I noticed that the price for the junior whoppers had gone up, so I figured, great then I should get more then. When I went home to look at my order, I saw that they had make the patties VERY tiny. I never told them I wanted sliders but instead that is what they gave me, but call them junior whoppers now. It’s like one or two bites and it’s finished. The size of the patty was not even near the same as the bun. I couldn’t believe that they could get away with charging more and then providing even less than what they used too. I filed a complaint with Burger King that same evening online about my experience and asked for a refund. The problem with franchises is that the parent companies are not able to discipline or fix any of the problems anymore because the franchise owner makes all the rules. It shouldn’t be like that. Now when a complaint is filed, it just goes to the owner for them to review. I did get a message from Burger King saying that they are not able to do anything about it because each location is individually owned. That whole practice needs to stop. If I was a owner of a company and one of my frachisee’s were doing things wrong, I’d step in right away and fix things, at the franchise owner’s expense of course because it shouldn’t have happened in the first place. This place needs to stop upping the prices, or start offering more if they do. You do not up the price and lower the amount provided. I never heard from the franchise owner of this location and probably won’t because they don’t care. The next time you order from this location, be sure to check your food to make sure they didn’t cut down the size, and if they do, make sure you let them know they need to charge you appropriately then. If the owner of this location ever reads this, I haven’t eaten there since because the prices are too high for what I could get else where with more quality food and service. I’m also still waiting on my refund.

No complaint about this place. No lines, no waiting, and edible food.
