The fruit was delicious! I really recommend this place. But sometimes it takes a little bit of time to get your order. The bionico is my favorite it they make it perfect… I always call to place my order for pick up and is always on point Thank you for the great service!

Reason why I’m leaving one star is cause, I walk in wanting to buy a fruit cup, & some other things. I walk in there’s no one in there I don’t even get greeted like at other places. There only a lady reading the newspaper, that kept on staring at me. Anywho I walk to the cash register see if they have at least a little bell or whatnot, nothing. I see through the little window & there’s some ladies in the kitchen chatting, they saw me, made eye contact & yet didn’t even say«I’ll be right with you.» Nothing. & when they’re full of customers they just close the door so that no more people come in. I mean wtf? I would give .01 of a star if they had one.

DONOTGOHERE!!! The cashier was so rude to me!!! its not english friendly, I tried to order in English and she kept keep speaking spanish, so i proceeded in her only language I guess,(keep in mind more english speakers than spanish) and then told me i had to order more than $ 5 in order to use my card there so i went ahead and ordered a raspa, the ice texture was horrible, I think i had a better time getting the ice from my fridge and grinding it and still getting a better texture than this and the flavor had no type of natural taste to it what so ever, and the flavor was a gloopy syrup and it just sunk to the bottom, went straight to the trash. I willl NEVER in any life time go to this place again even if it is my last option on Earth. I rather go no where than here. I hate rude people, and nasty product to go along with it just doesn’t cut me putting my money into these type of businesses. the prices are also pretty steep for the quality of the food/drinks/product/etc. but I mean if you like over priced crap with rude service then this is your everyday go to spot. enjoy!

We wanted fruit. This place is okay. Came with a group. I ordered the Russa because I already knew I liked those. It has cucumber, orange, pineapple, cantaloupe, watermelon, chile & lime, in grapefruit soda(soda de toronja). It was good. Others got: diablito(she said it was too spicy and couldn’t eat it. Would’ve preferred a fruit cup), Pepe copa de todo has all kinds of fruit in 16, 24, 32oz size cup(he liked it. Finished it all.) mangonada(she found a hair in it and didn’t want to eat it), chamoyada(he said it was too sweet and gross and he tossed it in the trash). I mean it’ll be hit or miss depending on what you get, what you like, and who made it Just our honest opinions.

So recently I have been doing some training in S. Austin and a couple of women who were training with me brought in some food that looked really good and they said it was from this place. So yesterday when I had training again I suggested to my husband that he should go try this place out while I was in training because he was hungry and he needed to kill some time while I was in class. He was very excited to go. He sends me a text that everyone in the place was rude to him and when he tried ordering the chicken quesadilla the person waiting on him just kept shaking his head and saying that he didn’t understand in spanish. My husband is white so he proceeded to try and order in spanish the best that he knew how(pollo quesadiila) and they kept shaking there head no and started laughing at him. So he left and went somewhere else after being humiliated. How the hell can you not figure out what he is saying when its on the damn menu unless you are a complete idiot? And why the hell would you treat a customer like that? I was very upset because I was the one who recommend that he go to this dump! I will never set foot in here and I will discourage everyone I know from visiting.

Customer service was really bad! Really disappointed. The lady who was going to take our order was very rude. We had to walk out of the store. Don’t recommend it UNLESS they change to more PROFESSIONALSTAFF.

I try these guys 3 times failed 3 time. The girl at counter was angry and did not know the meaning of customer service. The fruit was not cold and the mix was not consistent. I don’t recommend this to anyone, especially kids. The only good this was the bottled Mexican coke. I hope they straighten up because I love fruit cups.

When pepe’s first opened, I literally spent A LOT of time there. I claimed everything was so «good»…Now, I don’t even go. Why? Because the cashiers are so rude, the fruit isn’t even fresh it tastes old and it seems like each day they add more water than the artificial pulp they use… My opinion.

Usually I really love this place but I went on a Monday and the lady told me it was closed at 10:20 when the hours say 11 and then she said it closed at 10:30 but when I told her it wasn’t 10:30 yet she just said sorry and closed the door. So much for service. I have previously been here past 10:30 and no issues. Guess someone had to go…

AVOID this place at ALL cost– LITERALLY. First of, when we walked in there were a couple of ladies sitting at a table eating. At first I thought they were customers until I asked them. They did not greet or ask what I would like to order and seemed bothered that I wanted to order something, I should’ve walked out then… I gave the lady my credit card, she swiped it and punched in the amount which I was told was $ 8.64. I asked if I needed to sign anything and she said no. A couple of days later I look at my bank statement and it seemed high, want to know why? There was a charge of $ 864.44 from who? None other than Pepes Fruit Cup! Not only was the service and delivery awful but they can’t even charge out the right amount! I am going up there today so see what they are going to do about it.

The wait was long to order and longer to get food with no AC inside. Yet this is a great hole in the wall. Located next to Taco More in a small space this place has a decent menu including tortas, flautas and tostadas as well as a large variety of fruit cups, mangadas, and chamoyadas. I got the rusa which came with a large variety of fruits, more than in other places. The wait was incredibly long and not the most comfortable but the food was very good.

my secret secret spot to satiate my fresh fruit and elote needs. I would take off more becuase it takes forever to get your fruit cup, but I just can’t since I love having this option. Just the most ripe and delicious fruit that you could ever find, de-seeded, cut and seasoned to bring out the flavors. They have every type of fruit that you could imagine and allow you to create combos. They also offer fresh juices and icecream.

It’s a hidden gem next door to equally awesome Taco More. Pepe’s serves mexican fruit cups. It’s the best in town because… 1) Variety — Each fruit cup has kiwi, mango, pineapple, coconut, grapes, cucumber, cantaloupe and watermelon. Most fruit cup places give you like 3 – 4 types of fruit. 2) Spice mix — Even mixture of chili mix and lime juice in each of their products. It’s not too much, not too little and because it’s evenly distributed you don’t get a mouth full or powder. 3) Fresh — The fruit is definitely fresh. It’s a refreshing treat perfect as a snack or desert. 4) Unique — They have your regular mixed fruit cup. Then the’re fruit cup + honey, fruit cup + ice, fruit cup + yogurt, fruit cup + cream, and fruit cup mixed in a sno cone. Each item is beautiful. They all have a perfect spice mixture 5) Cheap — It’s $ 4 – 7 for a treat which is easily splittable. Their items are big! I love this location because it’s not shady like the one on St. John’s. It’s perfect after a meal at Taco More or before a show at Emo’s.
