Amazing granola. Good service, good breakfast. Loved the espresso drink menu. We got the crab Benedict, it was really good and enough to share between 2 people.

What a find! What a find! What a find! Best $ 11 I’ve ever spent! Chicken and Waffles so good I’d put them in a head-to-head battle with Roscoe’s. They’re both delish of course, but very different. Brunch Haus’ fried chicken pieces are brined overnight, then lightly breaded, cooked to perfection, and the flavor… ahh. Fantastic! Nuances of several spices, including a hint of saffron. The waffle is totally on point as well. Just the right amount of sweet, golden crispy brown on the outside, light and moist on the inside. And, of course the syrup. YUM! Made to order so make take a bit of time, especially if they’re really busy, but certainly worth the small wait. BH does offer several other great dishes on their menu. I certainly don’t want to discourage you from trying them all… but the C&Ws…man…nowhere else in Austin can compare IMHO. :) Dig in ladies and gents! Tips: *Located in The Picnic, so parking is a breeze, ample seating available, & restrooms on-site. *Super friendly customer service. :D *Accepts cash or CC. *Fido friendly, but please keep 4-legged lovelys on leash.

Awesome place for brunch! The service was so nice, the food truck park location is great, and the food was amazing! We had the braised pork and grits, chicken and waffle, and fruit and granola waffle and they were all fantastic!

Stuffed strawberry French toast… O.M.G! So delicious! Only upgrade would be to offer a side of bacon with it.

This place is A W E S O M E. Brunch Haus is a food truck and is located in an area near Zilker Park(with a couple other food trucks in the vicinity such as The Mighty Cone). Even better(and put me in a good mood) was that there’s a good-sized parking lot and when I went, no crowds or lines, even at 11am on a Sunday. Also pet friendly! The service is extremely nice. I can tell these guys really care about their customers and are passionate about their food dishes! So the food, y’all, was delicious. It was better than I had expected and better than some of my other food truck experiences… I ordered the stuffed french toast and the braised pork and polenta(essentially, grits). The stuffed french toast is a bit rich and heavy, so if you’re not accustomed to sweets for your first meal of the day, share this item or eat is as a dessert. It’s really good though: it’s huge challah bread stuffed with strawberry jam and cream cheese topped with syrup, strawberries, and butter. My favorite was the braised pork and polenta though. The pork was tender and loved the taste of the polenta as well as the fried egg and the garnished grilled corn. I’ll be back one day to try the chicken and waffles! The menu selections are a bit on the more expensive side(french toast $ 9, pork $ 12) but keep in mind that these portions are pretty HUGE. I couldn’t finish half of my food, so I believe you get your money’s worth. The pricing is standard and similar to other places. I hope one day Brunch Haus expands it’s menu in a brick and mortar shop. But for now, check out their amazing food truck for a delicious brunch!

Came with intentions of trying their pulled pork and grits but was disappointed that it wasn’t available because it was still brining… so onward to the next best option: Chicken and Waffles. The plate comes with two chicken thighs brined in buttermilk and garnished with an Asian flare: sesame seeds, sriracha sauce, scallions, and mint. The chicken was delicious! It was succulent and had excellent flavor! I thought mine may have been a tad overfried though, some of the edges were actually hard to bite through. As for the waffle, it’s buttery and fluffy and doused in syrup… which may be acceptable for some people… but I thought it was basically drowning… and not very appealing after a while. Wish I had asked for syrup on the side… All in all, it was a very good meal. I would definitely love to come back to Austin some day to try the rest of the menu!

I absolutely adore this place. Not only do they have great presentation with their food, but hands down this place makes the best waffles you will have ever had. Their waffles are so fluffy and thick, yet without being too heavy. I’ve tried the fried chicken and waffles and the sausage and gravy and waffles. You cannot go wrong with either of these choices. Looking forward to going back here to try their fruit and granola waffle. :)

Phenomenal chicken and waffles with a perfect combo of savory, sweet, and spice. Pork and grits also a winning combo. We’ll be back.

Holy Moly their chicken and waffles is Amazeballs. The chicken is perfectly fried and has a hint of curry and cardamom, which is nicely cut with the waffle and syrup. The shredded pork and grits was also good, however overshadowed by the chicken and waffles. I definitely recommend.

Portions are huge, so def share. It takes a little time for them to make it but it’s worth the wait. Chicken and waffles is a win. I liked that better than whatever I had… sausage and waffles?

The fruit and granola waffle has forever changed my life. I will proceed to bring everyone I know to this place to experience such a life altering experience. It was rainy last Sunday. There was a super long line. You could get a free mimosa if you checked in, but I was concerned about one thing: the waffle. It came. I got it to-go. Brought it home and the first bite I just dieddd… You will not be sorry. Hurry before they change the menu!

Got the stuffed French toast and the chicken and waffles. The chicken was so tender and crispy with a little Sriracha sauce that gave it a kick. The French toast had strawberries and was super soft and fluffy as were the waffles. Would definitely go again.

The service was friendly and humble. You cannot go wrong with the Challah bread french toast, it was amazing! It was toasted to perfection and had the best flavor medley. Wonderful recipe, very up my alley. The challah bread was served in a cardamom-infused heavy cream stuffed with a strawberry jam, basil, mint mascarpone filling! Yum! Everything about it was divine. Although I could probably eat the stuffed french toast every single time we visit with no complaints at all considering how delicious it is, I would love to see a couple more items for us vegetarians. Till next time Brunch Haus. ;)

I just gotta say, I am SO happy this place is only a couple blocks from my apartment. I was more than pleasantly surprised. Came here on a Saturday around 11:30am, and there were plenty of tables. We brought a bottle of sparkling moscato and Brunch Haus was delighted to give us cute little mason jars to pour it into. Originally wanted to order the Chicken & Waffles and Stuffed French Toast, but they ran out of Stuffed French Toast right before us(he told us he got absolutely slammed that morning, which I partially blame on the 70 degree weather in January). We opted for the Pork n’ Grits instead, which he said was their number one seller by far. PORK N’ GRITS($ 8) — my gosh am I happy they sold out of the Stuffed French Toast(even though I am sure that is beyond delicious as well). The grits! So much flavor with perfect amount of spice and not overly creamy. I hate when my grits basically just taste like butter and cream, and these were not that way. The pork shoulder — so tender, so good. The fried egg on top was a nice touch to make it feel more brunch-y but I could have even done without it, that’s how good everything else on the plate was. And for $ 8 … what?! CHICKENANDWAFFLES($ 8) — I loved this so much that I ate the second half of my friends even though I was already so overly full. SUCH a good spin on traditional chicken and waffles, with the sesame seeds and slightly Asian influence on the chicken, and the sweetness of the waffle. The waffle wasn’t just a basic boring waffle, but instead was so fluffy and totally eatable by itself. Top it off with some maple syrup and you’ve made me a happy gal. Once again, for $ 8… that’s almost just wrong. I truly think this is my new favorite food truck in Austin, in fact I know it is. I cannot wait to come back here and try everything else on the menu. New go-to spot to bring out of towners, especially with the outdoor Austin vibe the South Austin Food Truck park offers as well. And you gotta love BYOB.
