3 pc chicken — $ 7 – 8 — chicken was juicy, but i expect no less from fried chicken. the battered outside was okay. are these double-​fried? it was a bit blackened or tough for a batter in comparison to chain-​store fried chicken, but not horrible. the tenderloin was dry, but the dark meat was fine.
waffles — $ 5 – 6 — this what gets me to write the review. these are HORRIBLE. everyone at the table tried them and agrees. hopefully i just got a bad batch, because i cannot imagine how they can sell these. they were sour, salty, and overfried. very sour. like spit out of your mouth sour.
i’d be okay with getting the dark meat chicken again if we went to this trailer area again. but you couldn’t pay me to eat those waffles or the tenderloin. i’ll be honest, i think i prefer popeyes.
