Recently I had my hearing checked here, and was fitted for hearing aids by a Mrs. Amy Woodall, an audiologist. I was extremely impressed by her professionalism, the lucidity of her explanations, and her patient and polite demeanor. I would recommend her highly as an expert and proficient audiologist. I will certainly seek her services in the future when needed.

I had several appointments here with my daughter who has hearing aids. This rating is based soley on the audiologist who was condescending, dismissive, evasive to questions, and downright unhelpful. I needed help on getting a warranty extension for my daughters hearing aids from the manufacturer. I asked about 3 different times on how to go about this and was given a different answer each time… basically got the runaround. I was told by my previous audiologist (out of state) that he should have definitely been able to assist so I can only conclude that he didn’t feel like bothering with it. If you need an audiologist, go elsewhere! Fortunately, I was able to find excellent one at capital otolaryngology who deals with my daughter’s specific brand of hearing aids.
