The initial assesment upon walking in was very good. The restaurant smelled of good grilled food. The cashier that took the order was very friendly. Food was prepared promptly and was cooked to order. The only negative we had was that the tables and floors were not clean. The overall experience was great, and we will return.

Consistent and good. Non-bleached buns is a huge plus. Getting more and more pricey it seems. Family of 3 with an 8 y/o is still $ 40+

Stopped in for lunch on 5÷15÷16. Waited 40 mins for overpriced and disgusting food. Moreover, it was made incorrectly. The order ticket was correct, the workers couldn’t seem to read it??? Five guys is off of my families’ radar for good.

I love 5 guys! The burgers are awesome and the fries are awesome! Customer service is great and it doesn’t take long to get your food.

Okay maybe I’m cheap, but $ 8+ for a burger. The burger is okay the meat is the real winner. It’s stops there the bun is mediocre, the burger itself is small and just to thrown together for that price. If you gotta try it try it but it’s not what it cracked up to be. What’s up with all the good review signage on the walls? Is that to trick your mind into justifying you just got burnt on a overpriced burger you could make at home cheaper and better.

Not the best 5 guys I’ve been to I got the«grilled» onions and mushrooms maybe grilled for 15 seconds my onions were still raw as were the mushrooms if I wanted them raw I would’ve ordered like that other then that the burger was delicious and the fries are always good if my grilled toppings would’ve been cooked a couple more minutes id have given 5 stars

Very Exciting they added milk shakes to the menu. I always get a bacon cheeseburger with a side of Cajun fries. I have to give five guys credit for their great customer service.

Not bad, but not the greatest. It’s quite bland actually. Better than McDonald’s, fills you up. But taste wise, red robin is much better. The signs says best French fries but… I disagree. To each their own though. :)

Gross, greasy and dirty restaurant. Tried it once, tried it twice and will not be back. Quality, service and food leave A LOT to be desired. I understand and I get it. 5 guys. Low overhead. Too bad the product and service isn’t what you’d hope it to be. Disappointing.

I love any Five Guys Burgers and this location is pretty good, I have had really great customer service and also some not so great service here. One of the girls that’s taken my order before was AWESOME! I asked her name but I forgot :(However, when I told her I would write a review she said she is also referred to as «the short one» haha. The burgers are always amazing, a big variety of beverages to choose from and decent customer service. I’ve had a couple orders get messed up but even when that happens, they correct it quickly and still with a smile. One other thing, the fries at this location are never cooked all the way and often times very soggy and too salty, I order the little fry and can eat maybe 5 before just being over it. I’ve been to other locations where the fries are freshly made and cooked all the way through making them nice and crispy! Overall, I will always be a returning customer for their delicious burgers :)

Good burger, pricier than fast food – so be prepared, and a little more out of the way than advertized when returning from the Airport.

This Five Guys has great burgers and fries like the other locations I’ve been too. I’ve only done take-out here, but I did notice that the dining room seemed much smaller compared to other Five Guys I’ve been too, but that didn’t really bother me. The service I’ve experienced was fast and friendly. I do think that the fancy Coke machine at the other Five Guys is really cool(lots of combinations of sodas and flavorings), and they don’t have that at this location, but I mostly drink water when I’m there anyways. Good solid, hot food.

Five guys has decent burgers and fries, they are like in and out, the burgers are pretty consistent with a large variety of toppings. The Fries are usually hot and you get plenty with a little for one person or even two. The best part of going to this Five Guys in my opinion is the staff I eat here probably more than most people and have always found the staff to be friendly and it seems they enjoy their jobs. Many people just go thru the motions but they do seems to enjoy working at 5 Guys and making my burgers. I also like that they put the cheese between the patties so I can adjust my burger and it does not get stuck to the bun.

Good burgers and delicious fries. My only suggestion is that they melt the cheese on a cheeseburger. I like metled cheese on a cheese burger

Tasty burgers and fries… good iced tea selection. General upscale Burger joint atmosphere… No complaints… but no raves either. I’ll be back

Love that they have so many free options for toppings but didn’t like that the burgers are all well done. The meat feels a little greasy but the overall flavor is great. The cajun fries were tasty but it was not cooked all the way through. Had a chef friend with me and she said sometimes people can get sick from real potato fries not cook all the way through like the ones we ordered. They are all located pretty far away from me. I probably won’t come back. It wasn’t anything extraordinary with the exception of the free toppings. I don’t usually like chains but I think Red Robin has better burgers… and so does In-N-Out.

Never had to eat a burger in layers till today. I have been craving a hamburger for weeks. I broke down today. Went nuts. Lettuce tomatoes, mushrooms, mustard, cheese and bacon. I can go happily back to salads. But it was good just messy. I could do without the mushrooms and the second slice of meat and the cheese but honestly I really enjoyed myself. I had dinner at my house a few hours later and besides a drink I really was not hungry. I made a yummy dinner that night and did enjoy for a few nights afterwards.

Best burger I’ve had in Denver so far! As long as you remember that you are in a BURGERJOINT, theirs are pretty tasty. I had the bacon cheeseburger, which is actually a double. They cook it to order, so it might take a little while to get your grub, depending on how long the line is. The fresh cut fries are pretty good — huge portions! Tasty! The have a long list of free toppings, including grilled mushrooms! Most places would either have some sort of shroom burger or charge extra for that. Kudos for the toppings! I got the grilled onions, grilled mushrooms, lettuce and mayo. The toppings were falling off when I opened the foil wrapped handful of cheesy, bacon-ey goodness. Tasty! Not quite In ‘n Out, but did I mention — Tasty!

Five Guys is one of those places you hear about from EVERYONE. All I heard was how awesome it was for what seemed like forever. Everyday on the way home from work it taunted me when I passed it to come on in and try it. So today, before catching a flick with my hubby, we stopped in for a couple burgers and some fries. I like that the menu is short and sweet(or savory in this case). And the fact that they have big boxes of in the shell peanuts for you to snack on while you are waiting on your order is a nice touch. It is counter service and the seating area reflects that — tables and chairs with a refill station and condiment station — well ketchup. When they call your number you go and pick up a big brown bag with grease soaking through it. I am not complaining :) I like a greasy burger! So I am ready to be impressed. We opened the bag to see a bag FULL of fries. We got 2 orders of reg. fries(which is a little cup), but they fill the bag with fries. Seriously. Tons! The burgers are wrapped up in foil and when you open them up you are greeted with a two patties of meat, 2 slices of cheese, whatever toppings you chose(jalapenos, onions, tomato in my case) and a white bun. I couldn’t wait for the first bite, and after sinking my teeth — eh, good. Not great, not the best, but a solid burger. The fries were next — these are probably the best part. Fresh cut fries with just a bit of salt. Simple, salty, beauty. For the convenience and value, Five Guys is a solid deal. I suppose it was just built up too big to meet my overblown expectations. Still I plan to go back and try it again. I can hear those fries calling my name!
