Chipotle Mexican Grill

I come up to this place 15 minutes before closing. I work at a restaurant and yes I know how annoying it is when that costumer comes in 5 minutes before closing time but no they locked the doors 15 minutes before closing time and they ignored me and then when I got back in my car they checked to see if i was gone. Now I’ve been to this place a couple of times they can’t cook rice or beans and they don’t cook their tortilla chips it’s the nastiest place to eat.

I dont know how hard it is to smile at someone, but this place is the most miserable chipotle ive been in! No one greeted me, then i stood by the food line still waiting for someone to greet me… nothing i walked down to the register and got my to go order. keep in mind im the only person in this place and there are 4 employees behind the counter. I got my order got home, and it was terrible. The rice was so dry as well as the tortilla wrap. I love chipotle but will avoid this location!

We only order here because my wife loves Barbacoa. Personally, when I order salsa, I do not mean pico de gallo and when I correct them, they put the salsa on top of the pico. I feel like I have to say everything twice.
They are soooo many better restaurants for Mexican food I have no idea how Chipotle is so huge. Personally, I hate them and only go for my wife. If they were to go under today I wouldn’t care at all.
It’s fast food Mexican. You get what you pay for. You wouldn’t expect the worlds best burger from McDonalds and you shouldn’t expect the best Mexican food from here.
I give them two stars for continually having to repeat my order in line. «Pico» «no, Red salsa please» throws Pico on anyway…

I love that I am the same distance from this and the Iliff location. Always clean and ready to go even if you walk in at 9:45 like we did on this night.

Always fresh and delicious! Always seems to be pretty big lines as well. The staff is always very friendly and always very clean and well stocked.

A wile back I gave this establishment 5 stars because the food was really good fresh, fast, the employees were polite and so on, but I LOST RESPECT FOR THE COMPANY. For the past few visits I noticed small problem like missing items, dirty/​trash cans spilling out on to the floor, but I shrugged it off. But today was the icing on the cake! I placed a order online to pickup. When I arrived which was 7−10min early they said «I was early and will have to wait till 4:30.» So I waited (note I was the only person in their other then 1 family of 5. 4:30 came around and they told me they are starting my order I will take a minute. Long story short I ordered food for my family of 6 ($ 50.00) to take home when I got home. The burritos all but 2 were missing items the veggies tasted burnt, the meat was dry and hard as a rock. The real fucked yo part was the size I’ve seen Taco Bell burritos bigger. They were half the size. I didn’t know I needed to check my food/​bag to make sure it’s right. Sorry you guys you royally Fucked up and I will think twice before coming back. P. S. I will tell my friends and family not to go to that establishment.

I have always been very satisfied with the food and service. I can never finish my food so i have 2 meals instead of 1

I really love the food, but I never know what the staff is going to be like when I get there. I think they need some serious retraining on customer service. The manager should have better control of the way the restaurant of the staff.

Unfortunately this is the Chipotle I live near. They NEVER satisfy me. Small meat portions, terrible communication, no special orders. What more could you ask for?!
I’ve started driving an extra 10 minutes to go to the cornerstar Chipotle because their services/​standards are impeccable.

I eat here at least 3 times a week. The food is consistent and the line is never really too long when I go on my lunch break. Easily the best food to eat for lunch for less than $ 7.

This chipotle tend to be stingy with meat, and at one time I was there this lady put small portion of carnitas and spreading it across burrito, and they charged me for extra red and green sauce. They are not allowed to charge extra for chili sauce !!! Get it together.

They really need to re evaluate their staff at this location. I was ordering meals for my whole family, I get to the cashier and ask for a large drink for my husband. The cashier proceeds to ask me if I’m sure I want the «diabetic» sized cup, as that’s what he calls the large drink size. My mother is diabetic, and not because she drinks large sodas or is overweight, because she doesn’t and she’s not. Secondly, I asked if everything was in the bag, knowing it was a larger order, the cashier barely checked, and said yes. Well not everything was, they had left my sons quesadilla out, probably still in the warmer, and I had such a bad experience, I didn’t even want to go back to get it. Needless to say, I will not be going back to this location.

This chipotle drives me crazy! One time i got cold steak. They hardly put any chicken in the burrito. Last time i went my burrito was so gross. And After waiting 15 minutes for my sons chicken quesadilla… I got home to find a burnt tortilla folded up. It was like a gross burnt tortilla chip. It didn’t have any cheese or chicken. Even though its busy geez at least make the food right since I’m waiting around to leave! I love chipotle but stay away from this one– The one in southlands is so much better!

Clean. Quick service. Food is always good

I can order with my iPhone app and be there from my house in less than 5 minutes. This is the place to go if you’re in a rush and craving quick delicious Mexican.
It always hits the spot and satisfy’s my hunger. I’ve never had Chipolte and thought «Wow, I wish I would’ve eaten somewhere else» ! I’ll keep coming back !

Good food.

Kind of out-​of-​the-​way, on the other side of the parking lot from other restaurants of similar take but easy to get to. Staff is friendly. Most recently had a vegetarian bean burrito and the ladies making it didn’t skimp by any means! Was the same size as the meat filled burritos they make. Calorie-​wise is much better than that other place that serves similar fare; the rice here has almost ½ the calories as the other place. I prefer this place, the gf prefers the other so it’s a decent place when I’m out and about by myself.

I can’t say I really care for fast food, but I’ll make an exception for Chipotle. The fact that you get to customize everything is great, and you actually do have the option of eating a little bit healthier.
This Chipotle always has fast and friendly service, and their tables and soda area have always been neat and clean whenever we’ve visited. There are copies of Westword at the entrance, so you can read about local goings-​on while you munch on your burrito.

Your basic Chipotle, nothing special. But it is clean and the people that work there are friendly and quick.

Good ol’ Chipotle. Never lets me down. Close to work and great service here.
