Salad was not fresh. I don’t know why they were serving lettuce that was already browning. Also the drink machine was out of flavors and was in a terrible location. It was right next to the exit door, so if you were getting your drink, you block the exit for people coming in and out. This same door goes out in front of the drive-​thru window, so try not to get run over.

This is the worst Zaxbys location in Augusta! I’m always having to send my food back to get seasoning on my fries, when i clearly state extra seasoning on my fries. The only reason I go to this one is because it’s the closest to my boyfriends house. The employees are rude and un– attentive to the customers. The drink area is always filthy and the tea is hardly ever filled. On very rare days when i dont have to send my food back, it’s good. I love Zaxbys. My favorite place to eat, just not this location!

I was raised in Augusta, so when I come home to visit, Zaxby’s is the first place I dine! Love the chicken tenders, the zaxby’s sauce, seasoned fries and the texas toast. Made fresh when ordered. I make sure to stock up on the zaxby’s sauce when I go back home to Cincinnati. Absolutely delicious!

Not that bad at all, enjoyed it, great service, great for carry out. Was not a big fan of the food but overall it was enjoyable and a great carry out system.
