Been in the place however I called an ordered my tank. Their price was good, customer service was good and they delivered my tank in perfect condition as it should be. Guy who delivered my tank was great as well. Overall perfect experience with them. Thank you for the great service.

I recently found this place by chance. When I went in they said they have been there for years. no kidding huh. The store is pretty sweet if your into the fish keeping hobby, they have everything. The selection of décor is the best I’ve ever seen. The owners are really nice, and are full of useful information. All of the tanks are really clean and I only saw a couple of dead fish in one tank. They seem to be geared towards salt water setups, but still have plenty of freshwater stuff. I ended up getting a couple fish and some plants. This is a really nice local spot. Glad I found it.

This is really a great store. I was recommended to here whilst shopping at Petco. If you want fish, this is the place. The people here are highly educated and know what theyre doing. They have an excellent variety of fish and other things for tanks like rocks, anemone, coral etc. I found their prices much better than Petco. At petco I purchased a small fish for my tank for 8.99. At Krystal Aquatics, I got two of the same type of fish for 10.99 and they were huge! The people there also looked very happy and content to be doing their jobs. At petco, the workers in fish department were very rude and had no experience

Great store, good product and prices. The help is great besides the wife of the owner. She’s bad for business, rude and bitter. I know several people that shop elsewhere because of this. Someone should consider having her stay home or be nicer.
