Holiday Pizza of Auburn

The pizza was good, cheesy gooey and hot. Same with the mozzarella sticks. The BLT was perfect, crunchy bacon, no soggy lettuce and the cheese made it flavorful with the soft bread… but I got delivery. They said 30 – 40 minutes. We ended up calling them 3 times because we thought they weren’t coming. They ended up delivering after an hour and two minutes. Kind of odd, but the food was good. Not worth waiting an hour. but if you have the time they have good pizza and subs.

Best pizza place around. I drive from worcester to Auburn to get my pie. That’s how good this place is. The guys that work the counter are great also

Best subs in Auburn or Oxford and the guys that work there are so nice. I only go in about once every 4 – 6 weeks but they recognize me, chat a bit, and make great food and prices are so reasonable. Of all the choices in the area, hands down this is where I choose to spend my money. Good example of supporting a local biz when you’re surrounded by chains.

In town from Maine on a sales trip and stopped in for something to take to my room. Best decision I made all trip. Sausage grinder is awesome! Greek salad is a must! I know salads are boring and easy but it’s rare that everything is so fresh. The tomatoes, lettuce, olives and cucumbers seemed as if they were harvested today. The cheese was insanely good and the dressing is the best I’ve had. I’ve never reviewed anything on Unilocal so that should give you an idea how great the salad is.

I love this place. When I lived in Worcester I would drive here all the time. Now I live in Hartford and every time I’m in town visiting family I stop be pizza and grinders.

Every Friday night for 15 years can’t be wrong. Yes, we try other pizza places, both in Auburn and in the surrounding towns. We ALWAYS come back,

I was staying in town for a couple nights and decided to give this place a try I ordered it from the hotel and they delivered to my room very fast the pizza was excellent although I like a thin crust and this was a little thicker then I typically get but I would recommend

Great pizza and service. Better pizz than Pizza Hut or papa Gino’s. Plus Beer in a bottle or on tap.

Stopped in for a sandwich yesterday, a large chicken parm, for that matter. The sandwich was nothing special, though it was a good solid sandwich that left me quite full for the rest of the day. Glad I didn’t get any chips with it, no way I could have eaten those too.
The dining room was clean and surprisingly larger then I thought, offering about ten tables for those wishing to enjoy their food on the premises. For those looking to relive their childhood, their are a couple of classic arcade games to pass the time while waiting for your food to be prepared.

Holiday is one of my go-​to pizza places when I want pizza done a certain way. They have good subs like the cheeseburger, meatball, and chicken parm, for sure, and even their steak and cheese is good. Their portion sizes are also generous for the money, but the real reason I come here is the pizza. There’s something about the cheese/​topping combo on a crust with a crispy rim, but soft underneath that I really enjoy. The extra cheese, with so much cheese on it that it comes off in giant chunks, is one of my favorite pizzas from this place. The prices are good too, not too expensive. The staff is always nice and the service is fast, and the baklava is a good meal-​ender. Check this place out if you want pizza made that certain way a local place makes it.

You know what, this is ok pizza. It won’t wow you with exotic or daring toppings, it is the over used Greek style crust, but the pizza is decent, consistent, generous toppings, people are nice, good option in auburn. You will either love or hate the eat-​in area. Adorably old school and cheesy, hasn’t been updated in decades, even has a working Mrs. Pac Man arcade table! Also has some beer options with bud and bud light on tap. Not a Bud guy, but nice to have the option. Nothing revolutionary, but a decent option.

ehh… Average pizza joint pasta meal. Sauce was blah, pasta over cooked. It was just about what I expected. They have BudPiss and BudPiss Light on draft and a couple stools at the counter mimicking a bar. Combine that with the classic two-​player Ms. Pac-​Man and you get what is probably is a big night out for big Bubba, his little lady and their two mud-​trackin’ runts.
