IHOP

Food was as expected, but service was bad. All staff was very unfriendly, had to wait a very long time for our food, and when leaving one of the employees about knocked us over to rush through the door ahead of us.
Since the rating on here is 1 star I assume no one from ihop will actually read our care about this, but to everyone else be warned.

Food was good but service was very slow. Wait staff was just walking around with a ‘don’t care’ look on their faces. There are enough other places to go to so I will not be back

I hate leaving negative reviews, however when I went out with my significant other to grab a bite to eat for breakfast today, I was really disappointed. We waited for ten minutes before anyone took our drink orders, 30 more minutes to get our food, then 5 more to get silverware. I will say they seemed to be short staffed, but I work in the food service industry. It isn’t that hard to bring silverware out. And in the amount of time it took to get my silverware my eggs got cold. Our server was very polite, and the food was quite delicious, but all in all they weren’t timely at all. I am, however, willing to give it another try. If things are better next time, I’m willing to up my rating. I understand there are off days.

Words can not express my love for breakfast food. With that being said, I will never go to this location ever again. I’ve given it a few tries and each time service is awful. One time, i could see my food sitting in the window. I am a server and really try to cut others slack but the lack of respect your staff has for anyone is almost unbelievable.

If you could give less I would. Visiting from California. This was the worst service ever. Breakfast was cold. Waited over 30 minutes. Started to walk out. The waiter came after us to say it was coming so we sat back down. It arrived cold and no toast with eggs – really! Go to Waffle House not here.

Maybe it is unfair that I give iHOP a 3 because I’m usually down for any breakfast food at any given time of the day regardless if 2AM or 2PM. But that’s how iHOP is. Everything is just alright. It’s nice that they have the fit-​and-​fair options for people like me who attempt to err on the healthy side. Unfortunately, none of it ever looks as appetizing as that $ 4.99 AYCE pancakes. Menu options here have less customization.
My heart always has a soft spot for diner food but like most things in life, you either go big or you go home. IHOP is somewhere in the middle. I’d still come here again because breakfast food holds that dear place in my stomach.
