Really good food! I had the ribeye. It was cooked perfect and I’m really picky. Really good service, Sunny was our server, she did great. I will be back. The only reason it is not a 5 star is my husbands prime rib was full of grissal. I would not recommend the prime rib.

Decided to try this for a late lunch, I was surprised on how empty this place was and wandered about the food. I ordered the grilled Salmon with broccoli and green beans. The salmon was grilled well and well seasoned vegetables. I wasn’t a fan of the bread. Would go back.

Two stars is about it for this place. It’s not horrible, but between their inability to cook food correctly or even warm up a piece of pie — added to the servers not being able to serve you — it’s about all you can expect here — two stars!

I will NEVER return to this OCharleys again due to the lack of customer service from the manager, David Lyons. During non peak hours, we had a late lunch for two. After our okay meal, we handed our credit cards to the waitress with no complaints. After 15 minutes, our waitress apologetically stated the internet was down and credit cards couldn’t be taken, but it would be fixed. After 20 – 30 more minutes of waiting, I approached the manager on duty– David Lyons– and kindly asked if there was an ETA for when the system would be up. His response and attitude was less than desirable. David provided no apologies– stated this was an internet problem and«not his fault». He stated he would run the card once system was back up– after having taken down every piece of credit card information on the back of receipt without asking permission, including security code. When I had concern for leaving this– David said again, it’s not«his fault» and no one will steal. We offered to pay by check: David said he would not accept, even though this problem was his to solve. David had no concern for our time waiting, no apology, and no offer for any compensation for our inconvenience and wasted time. As a manager myself, I realize the majority of issues are not«my fault” — but the role is to provide positive service and solutions. I am in disbelief of the poor customer service and attitude shown by this«manager». His inability to solve a problem or offer any answer other than a rude«sit and wait it out» leaves me with little confidence in this operation. There are too many other options to select next time– and I suggest everyone eat places where business is appreciated by management instead.

Only go here if you want food poisoning. Went here years ago, and I thought I was dying a few hours later. Turns out I had food poisoning. So fast forward two years later, my husband decided to brave this place again. He had the trout and spent the next several hours as sick as a dog. I do not recommend this place to anyone!

Tonight was one of the worst dining experiences that I have had. If it was not for our server Cassidy, we would have left. Words cannot express the level of incompetence that I experienced this evening. First it took almost an 40 minutes to get my salad. That’s right a salad. When i finally received my salad it was made incorrectly and then they bring me another salad that is also made incorrectly. Cassidy and the manager Ginger were very apologetic and the comp the meal. However, want be back any time soon.

Fantastic customer service. Very friendly bartender and waiters here who just hung out and talked to me as the day was ending. I really enjoyed the atmosphere here and want to try their pasta but I ended up with their fried honey-glazed chicken with just the baked potato but they gave me additional fries anyway. They were so sweet, when I rushed in and it was 9:55PM as they were trying to close by 10:00PM. The lady saw how hungry and starving I was and let me in. The chicken was average and tough. The baked potato was good. I was expecting more out of the chicken and was a bit disappointed that it was touch to cut and chew but I think that was also my fault I was the last customer in for the day and everyone just wanted to go home.

In Atlanta I hated this place. I ordered some salad with sliced steak and blue cheese and the waitress commented«Heart Attack» salad… not very appetizing. Well, here in Auburn I found the food exceptional and the service fast and friendly. On the weekends they have a brunch and a deal of $ 15 for 2 entrees… a really great deal.
