I recently had Amanda cater a party held in honor of my son and his new wife. We decided to do appetizers and dessert. Amanda visited my home to see the setting and decide on the menu. Everything she added to the menu showed that she really listened to me on what kind of food to have and I didn’t have to change a thing. The appetizers and the desserts were AMAZING!!! The service was fabulous and totally professional. I cannot even describe how happy I was with the way everything turned out. Thank you Amanda!

We hired CCC for our daughter’s wedding. EVERYTHING from the planning to the execution and delivery was easy and nearly effortless. Above all else, the food was fantastic! We received many compliments from the wedding guests and one guest who works in the hotel industry and often eats «banquet food», as she calls it, said it was the best food she had ever had at this type of event. The tri-​tip was the talk of the evening and I wish they would give out the recipe (well-​guarded secret, I am told). Amanda and Al did am amazing job from the appetizers (a wonderful variety of dips and bread), through the meal (tri-​tip, chicken, caesar salad, grilled seasonal vegetables, pasta) to the wonderful cake and cupcakes for dessert! Amanda at California Catering Company is a pleasure to work with. We hired her for my wedding and she went way beyond expectations and helped make my day stress free. She worked with the rental company to set up all of our rentals for the wedding. She worked hand in hand with the venue coordinator to make sure everything was in place and all details accounted for. And then the food was absolutely AMAZING!!! It was fresh and delicious and we couldn’t have asked for anything better. Thank you, Amanda! You are the best!!!

We hired CCC for our wedding and it was probably the only thing that went right. We had an outdoor wedding that started an hour late and there were insanely drunk family members and freezing rain and possibly a plague of locusts, but they were so nice and professional and the food was incredible. And really, the food and the booze are the only things that really count from the guests’ perspective, so I guess our frozen wedding was a success after all.
Hire them. You will not regret it.

We hired California Catering for my mom’s 60^th birthday party. Since we live in Sacramento, but the party was in Auburn, we were a little undecided as to whom should provide the food. After working with the owner, she designed a customized meal just for the occasion.
Not only was the food absolutely delicious, the staff showed up on time, were super friendly and efficient. There was plenty of leftovers which were devoured by our family the following day.
I can’t recommend them enough. Definitely worth every penny spent.
