Love this place! Always friendly and they don’t break my budget. I don’t think there is anyone I don’t like. I always leave happy and feeling great about what ever service I got done.

I am new to the area & decided to take Unilocal’s advice & give Helen’s a try. I was not disappointed — Kevin took great care of my nails, taking the extra time to hand buff them. The atmosphere is fun & relaxed. A couple were a getting mani/​pedi, so my husband will feel comfortable here, too. I’ll be back…

Helen and her staff are amazing. Nothing beats a good pedi/​mani. There attention to detail and family atmosphere is wonderful. I normally get a Zen Pedi and a male mani. Takes roughly 60 – 90 minutes and making an appointment is recommended and they hold true to the appointment schedule. I go with my fiancé and we enjoy the staff and the interaction. Wonderful experience and highly recommend best nail place in around.

I love going to Helens. I have never had a bad experience with her or her staff. I frequently get compliments on my nails and they last without breaking or pealing back. I usually have to go three weeks between fills and its nice that they still look good. I recently had to go somewhere else due to being out of the area and I was so disappointed by how they looked; and as soon as I could, I went back to Helens and had her prettify them up again. Helens is the best. high quality, low priced, friendly and relaxing. The other customers are always friendly too; it is not a snobby place. Plus its close to Beach Hut, Fine Girl Clothing and Dutch Brothers. Perfect combo.

The only reason I’m giving them one star is because there’s no option for zero stars. Terrible customer service. I went there to get my nails done for my wedding and the guy broke my sister-​in-​laws toenail! Didn’t even say anything about it until she was like well I guess just cut it off. His solution: super glue it. On top of that the salon doesn’t even offer to give her a discount or free service to try and get our business. Not until my mother-​in-​law cut in to demand some sort of discount for ruining her nails.
Not only was that an issue but the salon was hot as hell and the wait was 3 times longer than we were told. And my French tip nail was crooked in the end.
The (what seemed to be) owner was just chatting away with her «favorite» client this whole time. I will never return to Helen Nails.

Helen is great! It feels like I’m visiting family every time I go get my nails done. The other employees do an excellent job and I have never had any complaints. My neighbor recommended Helen’s to me and I’m so glad she knew about this place plus it’s only 5 mins from my house.
I have been to another place in auburn and it is a little cheaper and pretty good, but I can’t go back now that I have met Helen and her crew as well as had one of her gel tip manis! You can’t beat it.

Very nice and affordable nail salon. They did a great job on my gel manicure and regular pedicure. I will definitely be coming back.

Wrong place

I saw post on Facebook about this place. It said it was great the people were awesome and the prices were cheap. They weren’t lying. I walked in and was greeted immediately. Helen the owner did my nails. She did a fantastic job taking her time and cleaning up some mistakes that others had made since I’ve had them put on. They were also five dollars cheaper than anywhere else I’ve been in Auburn. I’ve found my new permanent nail salon. Thank you Helen.

I am very picky about my nails and when we moved here, I tried a bunch of different salons. I finally tried Helen Nails and have been going here ever since. The people are very friendly, they do an excellent job making my nails look amazing and they are affordable!

This is one of the first nail salons that has all great reviews so I decided to check it out! Not only were they very sweet on the phone but very affordable prices compared to the other salons. Helen is so easy to talk to and very funny! I have never heard of it before today and they have been there for 5 years! Where have I been I will most defiantly be back for a fill and most likely a pedi too. :) this Will be once of the first nail salons that I have nothing to complain about and will actually go back to. I will most defiantly tell all of my friends about this secret spot.

Absolutely LOVE Helen and her crew. I have been going to Helen’s for almost five years and have enjoyed going in every time. They are all very personable and are great at what they do. I am VERY picky when it comes to my nails and had searched for years for a good nail salon until I found Helen’s. They have a customer for life!

Extremely friendly and did the best job on my nails that I’ve had done in a long time for fraction of what most places cost

One day I was driving thru Auburn and decided to treat myself to a pedi. I asked the girls at Dutch Brother’s if they knew of a good nail salon nearby. They all told me that Helen’s was the best as they had gone there before.
I drove across the street and was greeted by a mob of very, very friendly people which I really liked. I had not made an appointment but did not have to wait long.
Cindy is my favorite for a perfect pedi! I usually get the full treatment. When Cindy is not there, I have had Helen, Timmy, and other women do my pedi. Excellent job done by all.
I usually have a peace symbol or some other decoration painted on my big toe by Timmy who does a perfect job!
Now that I am a regular, I really love being greeted by my name and asked how I am doing.
I drive from Grass Valley to go to Helen’s because they give you the *full* treatment for a very affordable price… unlike the local nail salons who charge the same amount for just a *regular* pedi. It’s worth the drive.
I have recommended Helen’s to a lot of women/​men.
I love Helen’s Nails and save my pennies to treat myself to the best.

I love Helen! Since I moved here I always go to Helen’s! She is so sweet and always takes care of me! Helen does my full set and Cindy does my pedicure! I love them! I have taken my mom, sisters and friends there an will continue to do so! Love it! :)

Always LOVE my visits to Helen Nails. They do a great job, the price is affordable and the atomosphere is nice. Helen does a fabulous job with my eyelash extensions; I was able to enjoy a recent vacation without concern for my appearance other than lip gloss. I am also a huge fan of the new manicure that lasts for 2 weeks.
