Buffalo Wild Wings

The food is very good. I do wish the service was better. The Buffalo Wild Wings in Auburn is absolutely terrible. I went there last night and it took 30 minutes to get the waters and when we asked to order food the waitress said «I’m going to be back don’t overwhelm me» so then after waiting for over an hour for our food to get there I asked if I could «please have another glass of water» and the waitress said «you need to calm down buddy, I’m working on it.» I really wish the service was better because the food is very good. I do not mind waiting for food, but rude waiters/​waitresses really get under my skin. It got to the point where I felt as though I was waiting on her rather than her waiting on me. Not to mention she messed up on 3 of 5 orders from my table. I’m not sure if this one waitress is a good representation of the entire staff but I’ve had her twice and have had similar experiences. When I don’t have her, the service is still a bit slow but they are very apologetic and nice. If you ever go there I suggest you ask to not be waited on by the young lady with blonde hair and glasses. Overall: Good food, bad service.

I guess if you’re just here for the game and wings you will probably be satisfied. The chips and salsa we had to start was simply forgettable. When I ordered my burger I was informed that all burgers were cooked at the same temp so I got a well done where I prefer medium/​rare. Good thing the extras I got were yummy because the burger was thin and the French fries looked like they came from McDonald’s. I defiantly prefer my local owned sports grill to this sad chain. Coming back will probably not be my choice.

The shrimp I ordered was excellent! I do have some complaints about the atmosphere though. The music is way too loud. I went to lunch with a friend, and we had to yell in order to hear each other. I have also ordered takeout from this location recently, and was not impressed by the experience. When I ordered, I was told my food would be ready to pick up in 15 – 20 minutes. I had to wait 40 minutes instead. While I was waiting, I overheard the waitresses talking. I counted four f-​bombs, heard about one of the waitresses sex life, and also that one of the waitresses couldn’t wait to leave her job there because «the job sucks».

A pretty general spot to grab wings and a beer, really. It’s a chain wing restaurant, so you should know what you’re in for.
What I love most about the Auburn BWW is that they consistently have good service. Our servers have always been pleasant and happy to accommodate anything that we may need. It’s rare that we go on any day other than game day, so to have great service when the joint is pretty packed is awesome. We typically do see about 3 – 4 servers on game day, but there’s never any confusion as to what’s going on.

Love this place! It’s a chain but hey, love me some wings!

I have been to several Buffalo Wild Wings and even met the owner of all the franchise in the New England area. I am completely amazed at how well all of them are managed and I can experience the same atmosphere no matter which franchise I am visiting. The food is great, waiters and waitresses are always friendly and busy busy. There are more TVs than I can count and there is very little chance you will miss any game that is being broadcasted on TV. Between the great food, drinks, selection of beer and a great sports and family atmosphere this is always the go-​to dining spot for me.

I meant to order a jerk chicken sandwich as part of a group lunch today. I received a salad with chicken by mistake. It turned out to be a happy mistake. The salad was simple but large and I a container perfect for adding a little dressing and then giving it a shake. It also had a generous amount of grilled chicken. I would definitely consider ordering it next time.

The wings are decent… so if you only get those, things should be fine.
This particular location seems to make a lot of mistakes… out of the handful of times we’ve ordered takeout, I think everything has been correct maybe once… Wrong sizes of things, forgetting dressings or even worse, an entire side!
Spent a lot of $$ today for a family dinner to have everything but the wings just «meh» and no ranch with any of our wings, and a small order of fries when a basket was ordered.
This place is really hit or miss!

We went with a large group after a hockey game. They accommodated us, but the service was extremely slow. Sat at 6, food came at 7:30!

The bad: Always loud. This place is popular, and the building carries sound, so I can barely hear other people talking. Also, not exactly fat friendly, so if you’re fat you won’t fit comfortably in this place. Frat boy heaven… the clientele range from families to frat boys. I’m not a fan of hearing a group of guys loudly proclaim how drunk they were the night before, but that’s just me. So popular that it can be a pain just to find parking. The desserts are priced and are crap.
The good: Nice wait staff. Their workers are motivated and happy. Guy and girl heaven– I think they recruited all their wait staff from a model agency. Wow. Value: You won’t find a better bang for your buck the pricing is just amazing. Trivia, if you like trivia you can play it anytime anywhere (though I think the questions are skewed towards old pop culture and sports) so if you’re an intellectual don’t bother. This place is nice and squeaky clean. If you have mudslides did ask for Britney… they are the best I’ve ever had. EVER. YUM!!! Hamburgers are delicious, wings are good, I don’t recommend anything else.

Good food, good service, BWW is consistent irrespective of the location.

Not impressed with the food or the service.

Buffalo wild wings is typically the same each time everywhere you go. Very rarely have I gotten a pile of wings that I didn’t like. (once they were old/​cold but not this time in Auburn). I am new to the area and I hear that this store is new to the area also. It was pretty busy for a Wednesday night, but that is to be expected when a few franchise from far away comes to town. Glad to see BW3 is making a full court press into New England!
