Unique Pizzeria & Catering

This place should not have 3 stars! Well, at least it deserves more to me. I have never been to the place tho; I only order delivery. They have the huge pizza specials, so I usually do that or today I ordered two medium pizza special. I usually order from grubhub, delivery, or eat24.
I remember the first time I ordered their pizza. The box was huuuge ha. When I tried it, I was in heaven. I eat pizza almost everyday and no, I am not kidding. I am addicted. I eat either pizza or hamburgers. Thank God, my clothes are still M size! Anyway, back to their pizza… it’s so thin that you cannot hold it in one hand which is awesome. I call it my healthy pizza. Ha. I usually order ham n mushroom which is great, but today I also ordered one with only meatballs– awesome as well. I always ask for ranch and they always bring it. Ok. One thing I am concerned about. Today the delivery was fast, good deal… but a few times I waited at least 1.5 hrs. One time I think it was 2hrs (wasn’t that hungry when I ordered, so it was ok, but imagine if I had to wait 2hrs being hungry). If the delivery gets better this place has nada on them ;) To me, the best pizza that can be delivered to my place (Edgewood/​Boulevard). Thank you guys for making me fat. I hate you, but love you at the same time :) peace!

I got a flyer in my door indicating that they delivered to me. Cool. I love Zifty, but it’s very expensive, Domino’s won’t come over here (I know, right?), and well, options are limited for delivery.
I’m having company, we want wings, decide to try this place. I place the order at 8:45pm. We finally got food at about 10:50pm (I cut out all of the in between– the store calling to advise on the way, us calling to ask where’s our food, the lost driver who had directions, the driver who turned his phone off and refused to answer for his store or me, the rude operator at the store, and on and on).
Food arrives, we’re really hungry, and– it’s awful. Flavorless and undercooked! Undercooked chicken? NO thanks. We threw it in the trash, along with their menu. Didn’t bother to call back– I’m done. Well done. Unlike those chicken wings.

These folks know how to make pizza. My wife thinks the pizza was cooked in a wood oven. They delivered to the Embassy Suites.

Unique indeed but a heart attack waiting to happen. I ordered the chicken and spinach pizza thinking it would be a healthier option but the chicken was battered and fried and it had way too much cheese. Unimpressed:(

Absolutely AWEFUL! Do NOT eat here, order food or even think of going to this place. My order was for a BLT, veggie hoagie and cheese sticks. The BLT was delivered with BURNT BACON, completely inedible, the veggie was ordered to have no black olives and it was delivered with black olives. The «cheese sticks» was not at all what they described on the website. There was hardly any cheese on top of some dough as well as it said it would come with marinara and ranch. They delivered it with SALSA and NO ranch. When I called to report this to the manager, she was rude, didn’t offer to do anything about this. DO NOT EAT HERE EVER!

Decent food and good wings, service is always questionable, it’s worth the trip to get the wings.

Walked a mile from my hotel to this restaurant. .based off of reviews. We arrived at about 3:30pm on a Saturday. .They were closed. The online hours state they are open late.
I decided to call the number listed… a woman answered the phone. I explained my situation (walking) and asked when would they be open. She advised me to walk back to my hotel… no one would be opening restaurant back up for another hour.
What we did was walk to another Pizza restaurant. I guess a perk of owning your business, is shutting down at any given moment. .for how ever long you choose. I will never be back!

True to its name unique pizzeria is a one of a kind. Great pizza.

We were staying at the aloft by Americasmart, and there are not many dining options! So we decided to order out. Unique pizza was fast and were able to deliver to the lobby. We had the vegetarian thin crust and the vegetables were plentiful and fresh. Definitely not the best pizza I’ve ever had but I would order again when staying in the area.

My flight was late, so by the time I check into my hotel, Comfort Inn South, I was starved. I asked the hotel staff for a dining recommendation and they recommended this restaurant. It was open late (4am). They also do delivery to my hotel.
I got a pepperoni & pinepple pizza with homestyle crust. Everyone in my group got something different. Our food was fresh, hot and DELICIOUS! I will visit here next time I’m in Atlanta.

I’ve been very skeptical to order here since forever ! Today I took a chance! I was comparing reviews from Unilocal & google. It was good enough to hit the taste. Tasted better than I expected

The first time I ordered from them I ordered the chicken and spinach pizza. When it arrived I was surprised by how large the pizza was and by the fact that the chicken was fried. The pizza however was good and I thought it would be a new favorite quick night delivery spot for me. The next time I ordered I ordered hoagies and wings. Don’t even bother with either! The wings were drowning in a watery sauce with no discernible flavor and the sandwiches were dry and nondescript.
Yes they are better than Pizza Hut or Dominoes for pizza, but there are better spots to order from.

The roasted chicken was very good and the selection of beers was a plus. The staff was very attentive and price was reasonable.

Stopped by here thinking this place was new because walking by it a few months ago it was closed up, due to a fire I think. Then I noticed the reviews and realized they have been here for a while.
It was ehhhh! I ordered the buffalo chicken sub with a side salad. I would not suggest getting the sub. The bread didnt seem like it was just toasted… it tasted as if it were slightly stale. The chicken fingers werent terrible but the they were over cooked and hard. I couldnt taste any buffalo sauce, the fingers were not dipped or shaken in it. The blue cheese was a thin blue cheese dressing, thought it would have been crumbles. Didnt have that sharp flavor you would expect from blue cheese. There were 4 – 5 large leafs of iceberg lettuce on top followed by two large whole slices of tomatos (yum!). The side salad took up the whole plate and was accompanied by a huge vat of dressing. It was iceberg lettuce so the flavor was minimal but the peppers and mushrooms helped spruce it up.
You get a lot of food for the price, the catch is that the food I tried wasnt that good. Love that you can add a huge side salad for $ 1. Ultimately, yeah, Ive experienced better; but for less then $ 7 I wont complain.

The service was very friendly. I ordered the ranch flavored wings and was SURPRISED to see a plate full of fried chicken drenched in ranch dressing… I expected ranch seasoning not dipping sauce. However my co-​worker ordered the garlic wings and she said they were pretty good.
I will give them another try… I will just be a little more specific when ordering. :-)

I had placed an order over the phone for 4 pizza’s for my student organization. 2 large cheese’s, 1 pepperoni, and 1 veggie. Instant hit with all the members! everyone loved the pizza’s and it was definitely a great price as well!
The manager/​owner there was really sweet and was very appreciative of the business we gave her. She even brought us paper plates, napkins, and forks. She personally delivered it to General Classroom Building, and just gave us one of the best catering experiences ever!

I was reading some other reviews of this place and was a little surprised. I have ordered food from them a lot and have never been disappointed. I have gotten pizza and hoagies and both have been great. More than anything, the staff there has been exceptional. They are always super friendly and genuinely appreciate your business, and they make that apparent. Recently I ordered a hoagie from them and when I came to pick it up it wasn’t ready. So once it was finished and I was leaving the guy told me to take a free drink since I had to wait. I would definately recommend them.

I had to come here and rep for some of the best pizza I ever have had! With all the bad reviews I felt like someone needed to tell the truth.
I mean, maybe it’s because I always order their specialty pizzas (the ones that come out to $ 20 w/​tax) but they are always amazing! (and HUGE!) I personally recommend the ‘Western Steak’ — that one never lasts around here! But again, it’s hard to go wrong w/​the specialty pizzas.
I run a home based business and some of my clients have also ordered their hogie sandwiches — which they raved about.
Everyone who’s ever come over here and had some of this pizza loved it.

The first time I tried Unique, I had just a regular ‘ol pepperoni pizza. I hated it. The sauce was nasty, the crust was soggy and the cheese tasted like wax paper. It was all around disgusting. I think I had maybe 3 bites and threw it away.
Fast forward to a few months ago… It’s moving day and we have nothing unpacked to eat on or anything, so we try to figure out the closest delivery place. The apartments left a nice little folder with «new to the neighborhood» stuff. Inside is a menu for unique pizza… It’s the starve your victims idea, everyone’s so hungry that they’ll eat anything no matter what it tastes like.
Anyway, we ordered a bunch of sandwiches, a philly cheese pizza and a white pizza. The white pizza was probably one of the best that I’ve ever had. I’m not sure if they use different cheese on this pizza or what, but it was amazing. My dad pretty much ate the entire philly cheese pizza by himself, so I’m assuming that means it was good and the sandwiches were enjoyed by those who consumed them.
I guess what I am trying to say is that it is hit-​or-​miss. I still don’t like the sauce, but you might. Give it a try. They’re pretty reasonably priced and they arrive quicker than you even want them to. Try the white pizza. I like it…

Not a bad place since it just started out in Atlanta. The pizza dough was sweet rather than salty, henceforth not a very good combination. The toppings were extremely generous and they have some great deals. Hopefully with time they will get better so I’ll write another review later. The owner was very friendly and thankful for our service so we should give him a chance to improve. I’m looking forward to the future.
