Check your receipt! I dined there for brunch on 12÷21÷15 prior to going to see a play just down the street. The food was decent. The service poor. However, I still left a 20% tip. Several days later I noticed the server increased the tip from $ 6 to $ 10. Yup, it’s only $ 4 but hard to believe you«accidentally» increase it like that. After several attempts to get in touch with the manager I finally did and requested the entire tip back. The genius instead of crediting my account, again«accidentally» charged me another $ 10. Check your bill, they are fond of «accidentally» charging.

My bf and I went here this past Sunday(12÷20÷15) for an late pm/early am bite to eat b/c we were kinda hungry after attending a concert at Philips Arena. The only good thing I have to say about this spot is that the hot chocolate is «off the chain» good! OMGG! I’ve never had hot chocolate like this before! That’s saying a lot if all I have good to say about a restaurant is their hot chocolate, right?!! Right. I also ordered just a side of hashbrowns that were disgusting, couldn’t even get hash browns right. They were soggy, tasteless, and not golden brown. My bf had an omelet that he says he only ate b/c he was hungry! Our waiter took forever to come back and check on us. And their health score was no where to be found! If I’m in the area again, I would only go back for the hot chocolate!

We were visiting my daughter at Ga. State and wanted to walk around the downtown area on a beautiful night. Was surprised by how many restaurants were closed but saw this diner was open 24 hours. Not the friendliest welcome by staff but our server was very attentive and thoughtful. Brought me honey for my hot tea without me asking for it as well as more hot water. We already had dinner so came here for dessert. Wow!!! Couldn’t believe the size of the slices! Thought $ 7 was pricey until I saw the size of the slices. The cheesecake was your typical plain cheesecake, nice and creamy. Looked at what other customers were ordering and the portions were big! Looked like a lot of comfort food. Steak prices were in the $ 20s but I personally would want nicer ambiance for an expensive meal. This place is a great spot to hang out with a group of friends for a late evening casual meal.

It’s a 24 hour diner. With that in mind, it’s not bad. Downtown Atlanta suffers from either low-end chain crap food(McD’s, subway, Quizno’s, etc), or good, very expensive food. You get what you pay for here. A decent meal at a decent price, nothing more. Our server was very nice and kept the glasses full of our beverages. No complaints!

Great experience. Stayed at hotel nearby. Wanted good breakfast. Ham and cheese omelette with hash browns, coffee. Both food and coffee were good and it was quick. Waitress/hostess attentive enough. Like hole in wall type places; glad someone pointed me here. Neat little diner atmosphere.

Dined here a few weeks ago. Perhaps I ordered the wrong entrée…I ordered chicken fried steak with mash potatoes, vegetables and gravy. It’s suppose to be good olé comfort food. Potatoes, veges. and gravy were good, but I wasn’t pleased with four pressed ground beef patties(disguised as… what should have been cubed and pounded beef steak) deep fried. But, had their chocolate mousse cake dessert. Large slice with a price to match(fair). It was okay. The cake part was on the dry side, but overall just okay. I’m just a little critical(or giving an honest review). If they could make some real effort for improvement on their food and quality, and not underestimate their customers… or perhaps I simply ordered the wrong item? It doesn’t appear that anyone will go wrong with ordering their burgers, classic assortment of sandwiches. They appeared to look decent(when served to other customers). I hesitate coming back to this location or even give it a second chance. There are too many other options available elsewhere.

The roast beef was possibly the worst roast beef I’ve ever ha add. In giving two stars because for a late night place the sets at was really nice and hospitable.

The only positive here are the portions. Perhaps this is great for the college kids, but the food was expensive and tasted mediocre at best, and at times outright awful. Go somewhere else. I ate around 9:15p, so it was quiet inside. The interior looks like a hole-in-the-wall which might have great food. The service was courteous, if a bit distant. I ordered lasagna — which is probably my fault, at a 24hr joint breakfast is much harder to screw up. I watched them pull it out of a cooler, unwrap the food, and microwave it. Served partly on top of a Greek salad, this was a fairly large piece of the worst lasagna I have ever eaten. I think a Banquet family dinner tastes better. The server made a point about desserts, so I tried a slice of German chocolate cake. It screamed mediocrity with flat and dry cake layers separated by very sparing amounts of coconut. All told, 33.50 with tip. Ridiculous pricing for such poor quality.

Horrible please do not waste your time! Server sucked, he kept running in and out of the restaurant also he seemed like he was mad at life. The food score was hidden under the counter. Wilted lettuce in my salad. Not a good experience at all.

I get that it’s a 24 hour restaurant… I also get that this isn’t fine dining. I ordered the steak and eggs. As listed it’s a New York strip… It was well done dog food. Hardly a steak. My over medium eggs were done scrambled well. Again I’m not asking for fine dining I’m asking for edible food. My ladies shrimp salad was acidic and had obviously turned… She’s sick in the restroom as we speak. If you run a restaurant you have a responsibility to serve safe food. Tonight wasn’t just a failure it was unsafe. — — – Mentioned our worries about the food quality to the manager as we paid. He didn’t care at all!!! This place is going to get people sick and they literally don’t care.

I’ve been here a few times. it’s a decent little after-hour café in the middle of downtown. i don’t eat here often because i don’t always hang out downtown after hours, but they have smoe pretty good tiramisu. ***ladies bring a sweater. it’s ALWAYS cold in there!***

It’s a diner. Not fancy, not pretentious. Simple food withe ample portions. Breakfasts are a slam dunk. A huge bowl of oatmeal for $ 2. I’m serious. Best thing on the breakfast menu for me is the gyro omelet with added swiss cheese. Oh so good. Lunches are more of the same theme. Salads aren’t going to overwhelm you with exotic ingredients, but they’re big and tasty. Service slows down a bit when it’s busy, but no showstoppers. The thing to remember is… IT’S A DINER!!! Nothing more need be said.

LARGEPORTIONWARNING. Ordered the French onion soup and a ceasar salad. Could only get about a 1⁄3 of each before I was stuffed! Stuffed I say! And both combined came out to about $ 12? In addition, the lettuce for the salad was vibrant green, fresh and was definitely pretty darn tasty. The French onion soup was basic, but had the cheese and croutons Open 24 hours and can call in for pick up. Will definitely be back if I’m ever starving, or am willing to share the large portioned servings of food.

Ok. So Everyone I know knows I’m no fan of Landmark Diner… But if I had to choose a location, I’d choose this one on Luckie St. However, don’t try the grouper sandwich… yuck. There are no words to explain. Great desserts though.

I decided to come here since it was 15 F outside and I was in the mood for some good soup. I came into the restaurant and was seated in the back to a table for two(I was by myself). A nanosecond afterwards, my waiter asks if I’m ready to order. No, I haven’t even opened my menu yet. So I said, give me a few minutes, I’ll just have a glass of water. Being that the childhood diner of mine in New York serves matzo ball soup and it’s really hard to find down here, I give it a go and order it along with a side of french fries. About 10 – 15 minutes go by and the waiter brings me my food. The soup and fries are both lukewarm(barely hot), and the matzo soup just looks like Campbell’s Chicken Noodle Soup with two matzo balls in it. There’s barely any broth and it was completely not worth $ 5.99. I could have made this at home for at most 1⁄3rd the price. There was a generous amount of french fries given to me, so I asked politely for a to-go box(so that I can have them for a snack later). I go use the restroom(I already put everything in a to-go box) and the waiter or someone threw them away, just randomly. Um dude, that was my food that I paid for and you just got rid of them? What? O_o Marginally lukewarm food that has half star ingredients yet has 3 star prices. I basically just paid $ 6 for a bowl of Campbell’s Chicken Noodle Soup. My bill came out to $ 14 for both. A thing of fries and a bowl of soup. Ridiculous and now I know why in my four years at Georgia State I never went there nor did anyone I know. Get better ingredients, prepare them better, make sure they’re WARMNOTCOLD, and don’t throw my food in a to-go box out!

Yeah I picked this place randomly after my first choice wasn’t looking great either. I’ve had great experiences with Diners before. They usually are very clean and look welcoming but that wasn’t the case with this one, they are lucky my Friend and I were hungry if not we would have left. The service was slow and kind of rude which is unacceptable since it wasn’t busy at all. The food was just mediocre. We ordered a Beef Gyro and Chicken Gyro they were cold, no flavor, looked cheap, left with a bad taste. The fries were soggy and the gyro sauce was bad, the actual gyro looked cheap also and the lettuce, onions and tomatoes had a strange taste. The water was great though lol. I could tell my friend did not enjoy it at all, and I felt horrible for it since it was our first time meeting sigh. That whole area around us with places to eat looked awful, I will not come back to eat to this place or any other places in this area at all, Terrible experience for my Friend and me.

After checking in hotel past 11pm, this diner was one of few places still open and close to my hotel(Residence Inn Downtown). I ordered burger and fries to go and the order was pretty much what I expected. It cost $ 11. Pros: * came exactly as ordered, with extra vegetables. * generous amount of fries. * fast service. Cons: Nothing really.
