Patti catered my friends housewarming party with over 40 guests. She did a great job recommending the right menu and how much food would be needed. My friends really appreciated her attentiveness to detail, including how the food was to be presented, when to serve the main courses, when /how to serve additional courses, and when it was time to start wrapping things up. The fried Alligator tail was to die for. Patti’s background in preparing authentic Cajun /Creole recipes is extensive. I did not think I liked alligator tail; however, implementing fried alligator tail it in a filo dough pastry along with crawfish and shrimp was both magnificent and impressive. My friend Dennis is from Louisiana and he did not think it would be possible to replicate the kind of feast that he had in mind(the likes of which he has not had since he has visited his hometown) . I would hire her in a heartbeat for my next catered event. Patti has worked as a chef in some of Atlanta’s best restaurants, and that experience really shows in her catered dishes.
