I called ahead of time before the 4th of July holiday weekend. I had so many questions trying to decide when/if I would switch carriers and simply get a new phone. Jasmine helped me. I was so impressed that I waited until her next work day and went into the store give her a commission. At no fault of hers, I was rushing during lunch break. Ran out of my 30 minutes. Jasmine set aside my new iPhone 6. I got great advice on service, quality and saving on my bill each month. Walked out with my original Samsung S4, traded in a flip phone and still have my cool iPhone that I can’t stop playing on. Her manager was attempting to be patient before an interview, that didn’t work. I could see it on her face. Jasmine was determined to get me squared away from start to finish. My sale was closed out by Kyle. He was helpful as well. Even offering to link my new phone to the Bluetooth in my car if I was parked close enough. Good job guys. Thank you.

This has to be my favorite T Mobile location. The customer service is beyond awesome. They have went past any barrier to make sure I am satisfied and happy with whatever I needed. Michelle, the store manager was awesome with finding a solution for me and is extremely patient. Highly recommended! Thank you very much!

Before my latest visit, I would of given this place 4 – 5 stars, but after my most recent visit, I changed my mind. I left SOHEATED, I couldn’t figure out what to do with myself. My first visit was to buy a phone and to start a new contract. I had excellent customer service, and everyone was extremely friendly and nice. However, I came by a few days later to buy accessories for my phone, and the girl who had helped me the day before, was helping me again. I bought a(2) screen protectors, and(1) case. I got a screen protector for my phone, Samsung Galaxy Blaze, and my boyfriend’s phone, the Samsung Galaxy S II. She said that she can«install» the screen protector for me, which I thought was nice of her, and agreed, She messed up on the first one, and used the second one. Mind that I only get TWO for $ 17! When I asked if I could get another one because she messed up and left me with NONE, she said she couldn’t because the screen protector was bad and that it wouldn’t have worked regardless. I said but I paid for two, and only got one, and that I wasn’t the one that messed up, but she just said I couldn’t get another one, and I left it at that and walked out. Maybe I was overreacting, but if that was the case, I would of rather messed up myself, and lost my own money, rather than have a sales rep. do it for me, mess up, and waste my money. -.-
