Cellular Sales, Verizon Wireless Authorized Retailer

Beautiful store, I must say! The customer service on the other hand is none existing. I’ve walked in to this store to purchase a new iPhone and a new Verizon line for a new business. I was asked my personal information such as social security number and driver license before I have even decided on a phone or a plan. The «gentleman» I was dealing with, consistently scratched his private area with complete nonchalance. Very disrespectful and disgusting. As s business owner my self, I am quite aware of the etiquette of the customer service required in order to have a successful business. I blew a gasket finally when the iPhone5 I wanted to trade in was apprised by his boss for $ 50 at a short glance. I politely asked if I can get $ 100 for the trade-​in and of course I ended up walking out after a firm denial.
If you like to get aggravated and waste your time, than I highly recommend this store!
