Beautiful store, I must say! The customer service on the other hand is none existing. I’ve walked in to this store to purchase a new iPhone and a new Verizon line for a new business. I was asked my personal information such as social security number and driver license before I have even decided on a phone or a plan. The «gentleman» I was dealing with, consistently scratched his private area with complete nonchalance. Very disrespectful and disgusting. As s business owner my self, I am quite aware of the etiquette of the customer service required in order to have a successful business. I blew a gasket finally when the iPhone5 I wanted to trade in was apprised by his nose for $ 50 at a short glance. I politely asked if I can get $ 100 for the trade-​in and of course I ended up walking out after a firm denial.
If you like to get aggravated and waste your time, than I highly recommend this store!

It’s always enjoyable when the sales manager shares his personal «likes» and «dislikes» about a product instead of answering specific feature/​benefit questions from a customer.
But the true entertainment comes when he won’t answer a direct question about when inventory will arrive because he doesn’t know.
Here’s a tip, telling a customer to order a phone so they can see it when it arrives can be accomplished online, the trip to the store is to see it BEFORE ordering.
Single worst customer service experience of the holidays.
