Once again, tried to order form this unorganized, mismanaged pizza hut. What do you have, 5th graders running the show around there? Ordered the pizza online. Called 20 minutes after it was supposed to be delivered and they said they driver had a hard time finding the address. It’s a building with over 350 apartments. Then he said oh they had the wrong number. How can you have the wrong number when it’s the number that is entered into the order? Maybe the moron manager or the moron idiot driver should work at taco bell and see if they can make a taco! I doubt it! You guys suck! DON’T EVERWASTEYOURTIMETRYINGTOORDERFROMTHISTOTALLYUNORGANIZEDMISMANAGEDLOCATION. NOSORRY, NONOTHINGWHENWECALLEDBACK. WHAT A BUNCHOFLOSERS!

Worst service ever!!! Ordered a pizza at 8:33pm, called them an hour later and the girl that answered said that I canceled my order… um, no! That’s why I’m calling… anyway since they already had charged my card I said can u just send us our order… ok, it will be there in 45 min… well of course my pizza never arrived! Now that is customer service!!! Never again will I order from any Pizza Hut!

The worst service from beginning to end. I usually order from this Pizza Hut and honestly, I’ve had nothing but issues with them. Tonight, I placed an order at exactly 8:30. Online service said I would have my delivery for 9:00. My hate was buzzed for access at 9:25. Then at 9:32 someone knocked at my door. I live at the front of the complex so for them to literally take 8 minutes to my door was kind of ridiculous. So I open the door in the pizza delivery guy is standing there with what seemed like a facemask on, first red flag, says, «sorry so late»; hands me my pizza and looks at me for the money. I paid in cash, so I gave him two dollars for tip. Keep in mind the deliveries are added into the bill, so I wasn’t going to give them any more than that. Especially since it was already over 30 minutes late. When I finally get a chance to feel this pizza box in my hands, I notice it’s very dense and heavy. I put it down, open up the top, and everything is ice cold and damp. Like it’s been sitting in this box for over an hour. They drenched the pizza in the honey siracha, not a drizzle. My cinnamon sticks were half covered in icing and have nothing. Breadsticks are hard as a rock. I immediately call Pizza Hut. The young lady who answered the phone, answered it exactly like this, «Pizza Hut hold!» 2nd red flag. I’m put on hold for exactly 1 minute and 48 seconds. Young lady picks back up and says, pick up or delivery place your order. I don’t know what type of greeting this is but that’s definitely not a good one. I tell her that I placed an order at 8:30 and it finally got to my house at 9:32, and it’s completely cold. Then she says, «OK, do you want to speak to the manager or something?» Well, duh little girl, I have a pizza crisis! Then I’m put on hold for another minute. Another young lady gets on the phone, and says how can I help you? So again, I explain that I placed my order at 8:30 and my order was supposed to be here at nine since that’s what the website said, and it arrived at 9:30 to completely cold with a dense wet box. This young lady statement was, yeah ok. Then I said the details of how my food was; cinnamon sticks, breadsticks and pizza. She’s says«ok» again.(dead silence in the phone — air) So I break the silence and say, «what are you going to do about this?» She says, well we can make you another order and get it out to you to probably take about an hour, or we could just give you a credit.“ By this time it’s almost 9;40 and I’m not going to wait another hour for a pizza box. So I tell her just go ahead and give me the credit. So have my credit for $ 15 and whatever change. She asked for my name, and all that info. I ask her for her name, which is Anisha. Ask her how long she’s been the manager at this location, and she tells me just over a year. The reason I ask this information, what she was telling me what they can do, either get me another order or give me a credit, somebody’s in the background telling her what to say to me. I can clearly hear them and then her repeat it; something like an echo. So I highly doubt this young lady has been a manager for over a year. I even question if I was even talking to a manager. I will get my credit from this location and then never use them again. This is by far the WORST Pizza Hut in Cobb county!

You are better off getting a Digiorno frozen pizza. Received a pizza that was missing toppings and extremely cold. When I called to tell them about the issue, I was asked how I expected a refund for an eaten pizza(I took one bite of a slice) :-/Poor customer service and terrible quality. First and last time. Cold pizza and soggy wings.

We ordered a pizza after being on hold for over 7 minutes. They said it would be 45 minutes before it got to my house. We call back and hour later, put on hold for 10 minutes. We ask where the pizza is. Their response, «He is on his way. However long it takes for him to get from here to there is when he’ll be there». Superb service! It’s too bad I have to leave a 1 star minimum rating

I normally order from this location. I previously ordered a pizza and there was hardly any cheese on it. I called Pizza Hut and they said they would give me a credit for the value of the pizza. I called back to order another pizza and was told they couldn’t find the credit on my account. They then agreed to give me a credit; which was still not equivalent to the discounted rate I received previously. I asked could I still get the discounted rate I did with my previous order. I was advised no. I asked to speak to a manager and another person got on the phone and said they wouldn’t give me an additional credit and they are giving me the credit their manager approved. So apparently I was not speaking to a manager which is what I asked for. They then took my card to charge my account; and in the end they placed the order for the wrong type of pizza. I let them know this is not what I ordered and was told this is what u always order. Which is not accurate. They then asked for my card number again to change the order to the correct pizza and assured me I wouldn’t be charged twice… which I have yet to see. In the end the customer service was not good. I was put on hold several times without even being notified. There was just dead air… I’m very dissatisfied…

Worst breadsticks EVER! I absolutely love Pizza Hut’s breadsticks and I make it a point to get them every time I order a pizza back home. These breadsticks from this particular location were dry and tasted like the back of someone’s refrigerator, like they had been made earlier, frozen and reheated. Disgusting. I almost cried. Boneless wings were okay, but the breadstick thing ruined the experience. What a waste and very bad for business. Whoever is running this place needs to hand it over to someone who knows what they’re doing. Just awful.

I am writing this review in the hopes that when I check into Pizza Hut again, I know not to buy anything. The service here is SUPERSLOW. It took 45 minutes for me to get my pizza. That should never be the case. All I ordered was a medium supreme pizza and an order of bread sticks. The total came up to $ 17.21 and although the pizza was good, Digiorno is so much better and only cost 6.26(plus any additional electricity that is needed to cook the pizza)!!!

Ordered a cheesy bite pizza, and it was delivered without dipping sauce.(the whole point of a cheesy bite pizza) When I called they offered to refund my money for sauce. No, I don’t want a refund for my sauce. I want to be able to eat my 20 $ pizza!!!

Horrible experience. Please do yourself a favor and don’t order from them. Ordered some pizzas for a work meeting, and they came an hour after the delivery time. When I called about 10 minutes after the delivery time they told me, I was told that they were remaking the pizzas because they had been dropped and it would be another 15 minutes. I called them again once it had been 30 minutes since the last call and still no pizza. The man on the phone was rude and he told me that the delivery guy was just leaving the parking lot to bring our order. What a joke. I will never be using them again.

I have ordered from here twice. Both online. Once was delivery and once was carry out. Neither experience was great. The delivery took an hour to get here and was only warm. The carry out order said that it would be ready in 16 minutes from when I ordered. I showed up 15 minutes after the time I was given in my email response from Pizza Hut and it was still not ready. They were cutting it and putting it in the box. Not sure if that is their fault on the time. That could be a time given automatically from the website. If that is the case, corporate needs to make sure times are good with the stores.

Special: $ 10 medium OR large pizza, any crust, with up to 5 toppings. WHY would I get a medium pizza for $ 10 when I can get a LARGE for $ 10? Pizza Hut on Cobb Parkway, you have disappointed me. Why did I have to wait an hour and a half to get my undercooked, poorly made pizza? I know it was just $ 10(for the LARGE I ordered) but does that mean that the quality has to go down too? Did I piss you off by ordering extra extra sauce and half pepperoni half beef but green peppers and tomatoes on the whole thing? Were you confused? Smoking? Maybe you forgot to put in the order for like 45 minutes after we hung up. I am so tre sad. I WANT to trust you again but I think that’s gonna take some time. And since this is a limited time offer and I probably do not have much time, I guess I will just have to take another gamble on you. But if you let me down again… so help you…
