I’ve been going for months(to Mindy, who was not available) and I’ve never had a problem until today… Pros: clean– they use pedicure covers, offer a decent priced spa like pedicure. Cons– nail prices vary and are not set as on wall in building, they are very disregarding with your time– you have continuously ask if or when you will be helped. The reason I will NOT be going back is because I had a worker ask me for more of a tip, after tipping 10% and waiting over 20 mins for services. I only had the cash I normally keep in my car, $ 4 – 5 for a tip and they do not allow credit card tips. My total bill was $ 40 and she asked for more bc I had my god daughter with me who got her toes painted by someone else. *for me to come there every 2 weeks and spend money and tip, then get harassed for 2 extra dollars tip for a child’s service is ridiculous. She should’ve taken the tip I had for the whole bill. Now I will not be returning as a regular customer and tipper at all.

False advertising out front. Says Gel Mani $ 18. Turns out that’s in addition to $ 10 mani fee.

AMAZINGNAILSALON!!! They did a great job. I myself hate going to new places because I’ve had bad experiences, but they surprised me, they had so many options for pedicures and even had the option of getting gel for your toes!!! They spend a good amount of time paying attention to detail. Well worth the price and loved the outcome.

I’ve been four times March and April 2015. Three of those times I made appointments. Why can’t any of these salons honor appointments? I waited 30 minutes the third time — was not happy! Last visit did walk in and got the lady who answers the phone for the tek. The previous visit I had stopped her from working on me as dremel got too hot. Cindy is good does good work, but I think she must be the only good technician because she is the only one I have heard any one ask for while I am there. After the first visit my nails hurt for three days with the slightest touch. This last visit was a gel fill in dip fingers in powder after having old melted off with acetone. French manicure. From three feet away my nails look fine, up close the clear part of my nail is cloudy and has debris in it! Several nails have pieces of glitter from the brush she used to dust my hands after filing. I also pulled my hand away when she cut one finger with the dremel. Paid $ 33 and did not leave a tip. I requested gel polish and was not given it, when I asked why she said she did the same as Cindy did last time. I had just had a conversation with her that last time my nails were not dry as stated and I put several dings(showed her before she started) in my thumb nail by pulling my cell phone out of my purse while in my car on the way home! I will be looking for a new salon and as there is one on every corner these places need to get a clue on how to keep customers. PS I never have cash and you can’t add tip to credit card — so plan to have cash or check to tip tech.

I went in there today and I was given the worst service ever. I am usually a generous 20% tipper and I left nothing. I started out by telling them I could have no oil 2 ladies I told and then the ladies that did my feet and toes seemed upset with this. I am the one paying right? Then the were very rough with my big toes ingrown nails ;(but everywhere else I I go they get them fine with out hurting me. I was mostly annoyed with them trying to continue to use oil when I could have it. And I brought my own lotion in. I left with leaving a tip and I will never be back

This is my first time coming here since my last review in 2010. I now live in the area again and will officially become a regular again. It’s funny that my complaint on the previous review was the size because they moved down a few spots from where they were and it’s big now! The largest nail shop I’ve ever been to. Very nice!

I definitely will not be going back to Nail Fever. I work in one of the large corporate offices next door in the Cobb Galleria complex, and I will tell my coworkers about my bad experience as well. Got a manicure, she buffed/filed so hard that she cut my skin on my thumb, which was very painful, and she didn’t even apologize, just pushed some liquid into it that made it sting like crazy. Now two days later the cut is swollen and red — I BETTER not be getting an infection. Don’t go here.

INFECTIONS! don’t ask me why I’ve given them so many chances. Yes they are quick but now have cut me to the point of bleeding several times. I have also gotten several infections from them ! Stay away.

I’ve been here several times. I’ve had regular mani/pedi’s(they don’t seem as friendly when you want just basic services). My cuticles have been clipped several time and I hate the drill. The spas aren’t cleaned out with disinfectant so don’t expect that — they just wash them out with water. They use the same emery boards on every person.

Oh Unilocal,I feel betrayed by you. I started a new job recently that requires manicured nails, and mine aren’t the strongest. Several co-workers recommended that I get Gel overlays. I searched around for a local nail place that could do these and wasn’t crazy expensive, and Unilocal, you led me to Nail Fever. I called them and they clearly told me that yes, they did do these and they would do them for me that day. All good, right? No. Decided on a pedicure as well and after I sat down, the girl came to start my gel nails. She started asking me questions about why I wanted them. She then tried to convince me that what I was wanting wasn’t gel nails, they were SOLAR. Wrong! I know the difference. But I fell pressured and caved, because she and another customer promised me that the Solar nails would be better for my nail type. Because I knew that is was just a brand of acrylic, I assumed it would be cheaper. No tips, just an overlay. A guy came and did my nails instead of the previous girl. He used a drill on my nails, he was unfriendly, and he shaped them horribly. My nails now look like they sit crookedly on my fingers. They did not give me a manicure or even push back or trim my cuticles! They grew out in THREEDAYS and started lifting in a week! Even worse, my hands hurt so badly. He really damaged my nails. The worst part? The RIDICULOUS price for these so-called«Solar Nails», which are just acrylics!!! They were double the price! NO acrylic should be that high. I walked out with my wallet $ 70 lighter. No thanks. It has now been two weeks and my nails look atrocious. It looks like a kindergartener put them on, and I am just trying to figure out how to take them off without damaging my nails more.

I would not recommend this place for anything other than the basics. If you have to go here, then I recommend Mindy. The nail designs are horrendous. It was pretty embarassing to have one of their designs on my nails. I had to have the designs taken off. The seats are crowded and uncomfortable. Its pretty cheap though, so if all you want is a quick manicure, then its fine. I will be going somewhere else in the future.

I just tried this place a couple of weeks ago and I’m getting ready to go back. Very, very clean and great services. I’d say this is the best nail spa I’ve found in the area. Prices are good too.

I go to Nail Fever every week. I only let Vickie do my nails and either Vickie or Ann for my pedicure. There are a few others that seem to be busy with regulars but I’ve never tried them. I’ve been going to these two for over 5 years. I am very picky too and they are good and consistent. The owner, Lisa, can have an attitude sometimes but I overlook her cause I like the service and work from Vickie and Ann.
