I’ve said it before and I’mma say it again: The WORST Humans dwell in Buckhead. This truth is only justified but this venue. Most of what it surrounds; Stillhouse, Prohibition, Czar Bar, etc. are just beacons for the bro-frat guys with huge expectations of what they deserve followed by the copious Betty slobs who appear to have been double dipped and battered in herpes and hepatitis. Drinks are«meh» and over priced. Not a spoke I shall frequent again.

Went there yesterday expecting a great experience, it was a scene from Bar Rescue. It turned out that they had changed owners. Waitress did not know what kind of Martini the bar can make, there was no drink menu, asked for a Cosmo and it was not made right. We arrived at around 9:30 and we were the only people there, they were supposed to have a DJ that played current music and all we got was thump thump, thump techno with the bass so strong my wife jumped. Then I noticed that the bartenders were taking shots behind the bar, we went next door to the ice bar and we tried burn again and there were only a handful of people Went down the road to Johnny’s Hideaway and they had a line to get in, but we stayed until 2 am and had a great time.

Burn Social Club has the largest hardwood dance floor that I have ever seen at a club… Great for ballroom dancing… A cool place with a unique vibe… Looking forward to seeing The Atlanta Rat Pack perform again !! Great live entertainment venue …

Amazed that I have not been here yet! Last night finally made it. PROHIBITION-YVIBES. Very similar ceiling lighted tiles to prohibition, some of the same staff(Mateo is awesome) and just overall a really great concept. Prohibition style nightclub is just a great combo. NOTTOOPACKED. It’s a new place, so the word is still getting out. Friday night had a pretty good amount of people, but not shoulder to shoulder traffic. EXCELLENTSERVICEANDDRINKS. They have some amazing drinks, great service, fresh fruit laying on top of the bar for various cocktails. CONNECTEDTOCZARBAR. After a few shots of vodka, this is a natural migration next door to go dancing. I love the concept. Slick, trendy, great service, you need to come here!

It hits you when you walk in the private doors, Burn Social Club is one part Frank Sinatra, one part cocktail bar, and one part dinner destination. At Burn, cocktails are hand crafted, food is upscale, and the entertainment was lively and enjoyable. Burn’s décor starts with a dance floor front and center with high top tables surrounding it so you can dance and be social. They’ve incorporated a lounge area with lower tables and couches for staying a while. The lighting is unique with a faux flame mixed with smooth candlelight and chandeliers. When it comes to the food there is a wide variety of things to test: sushi, flat breads, main entrees that include lobster and beef tenderloin, and don’t forget the dessert that includes a huge piece of chocolate cake. I tried the Super Crunch roll that was stuffed with crispy tempura wrapped in seaweed and rice covered with smoked salmon and sesame-garlic sauce. The crunchies were savory with a smooth fried taste. The salmon was delicious! It was grilled with a slight smoke and very tender. The size of the roll was just enough to eat one all by yourself, just how I like it. Finally, it paired very well with the Burning Mule chocked full of ginger beer. John skipped right to dessert and tried the Big Fat Chocolate Cake. I was decadent and divine with light and fluffy, mild chocolate cake, while the icing was a little richer than the cake. The chocolate drizzle was rich, dark chocolate that set off all the other flavors. Please do yourself a favor and get this! Handcrafted cocktails are the cornerstone of the drink menu at Burn. They have all types of bourbons, vodka drinks, and high-end cocktails with tons of flavor. I got the Burning Mule, which is Burn’s spin on the typical mule. Mixing ginger-honey, fresh lime, vodka, organic ginger beer and a candied ginger garnish, it was the right amount of ginger up front and smooths out with the honey on the end. I’m not a huge ginger eater, so this wasn’t overpowering and I’d recommend it to anyone who loves their mules. It’s an interesting take! I also tried the Mary Pickford. It’s like a beautiful day at the beach with the sun shining and the sea rolling up to just get the ends of your toes. It’s one of those drinks that you could have a few of while reading your favorite book and gazing at the ocean with pineapple and cherry flavors. Take a minute to transport to the beach! With the food, drink, and entertainment all in sync, Burn Social Club will be a place you could stay all night. Grab a drink, have dinner, dance the night away! Burn Social Club is located at Andrews Entertainment District. 56 E Andrews Dr NW, Atlanta, Ga 30305. Entrance is through Czar Ice Bar. See you there!

There’s nowhere else in Atlanta like Burn Social Club. This is a much needed addition to the Buckhead nightlife scene. I’m amazed at what the management team has done with the former East Andrews Upstairs. What makes Burn Social Club a 5 star establishment? Well, it’s really all the finer things: 1. Ambiance — similar to Prohibition, the door for Burn is hidden. It’s tucked away on the second floor the East Andrews Entertainment plaza. When we arrived and entered through the secret door, we were greeted by a team of hosts, including the GM, where we were whisked away to our table. Nestled among leather couches, dark wooden panels, and dim lighting, it was easy to switch into lounge mode. 2. Cocktails — Tom McGuire is at it again! He helped to put Prohibition on the map and is one of the South’s premier mixologists. Of course I had to try the Belle of the Ball cocktail with vanilla vodka, peach shrub, sparkling wine, and a white-tea peach foam that Tom referred to as «vegan whipped cream». Seriously ladies, it’s like having a champagne cocktail with whipped cream(sans dairy). As the menu states«Even Scarlett never had it this good!» Also, my husband said the Burn Old Fashioned was one of the best he’s ever had. 3. Food — the menu here offers the best of East Andrews. For appetizers, there’s a selection of flat breads, shrimp cocktail served in a martini glass, oysters, and other fare. Entrees include lobster salad, ahi tuna and beef tenderloin. You can also order select sushi from Czar Ice Bar next door. Master sushi chef Saito Saito does such amazing(and tasty) work! 4. Entertainment — every night at 8 p.m. and 10 p.m. there are live musical performances. On the night we went, The Rat Pack Show(Atlanta’s own tribute to the big band style of Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin) performed, along with Cinamon Groove. Both bands were on point! 5. Dancing — other than Johnny’s Hideaway, I can’t think of another place I would bring my parents to go dancing in Buckhead… until now. My folks love to cut a rug, If you’re looking for a place to shake your groove thing this is it. Burn is targeting an older demographic, so you won’t have to deal with the typical flock of young 20-something Buckhead Betties in training. There’s also a private loft area above the dance floor that I would love to reserve for my next big night out. Burn Social Club is for the established Southern lady or gentleman looking for a classy night out in Buckhead. I’ll be back here again soon, and might even bring my mom and dad.
