BURGERFI

It’s a good burger. Average to slightly above average. I’ve been three times now and somehow the employees never get the price right. They always over charge and I have to correct them. I’m not sure what the problem is there. But regarding price, I think for what it is — Burger Fi is not worth what they charge. If you want a burger, fries and a drink you’re looking at over $ 12 minimum. And if you choose a higher-​tier burger from the menu it can get close to 20 bucks. If I’m going to spend that, I’d rather go to any of the nearby restaurants and get a better burger with a beer for the same price and sometimes cheaper.

I usually get the conflicted burger. The meat has that crispy-​grilled texture on the edges.

My first time here was this afternoon for lunch. My experience here was pleasurable to say the least. The staff was friendly, the restaurant clean and my BURGERFI cheeseburger was FRESH! They’re just the right size to fill you up but not overwhelming. I’m an Arnold Palmer man and their fresh squeezed lemonade along with the perfect sweet to tea ratio left me with complete satisfaction. So much so that I took one to go. The only knock I have is everything is a la carte. Being that I’m no big fan of hand cut fries, it was an easy decision for my to 86 the up charge. I will definitely tell my friends of the great experience and be back myself for another burger soon!

I’m a big fan of BurgerFi ordinarily but the wait here was terrible considering the restaurant was empty.

I wanted to like this place. Really. But there are a million of these chains — Five Guys, Grub, Flip… and they all do things as good, if not better. $ 15.75 for a burger, fries and fountain drink — I can get a Vortex burger and cocktail for less. Ordered a make your own, with Swiss, bacon, BBQ, etc. No bacon and I only tasted BBQ sauce in the last bite, which is a shame because that was the tastiest of the whole thing. Good french fry texture but they were soft and lukewarm. I wouldn’t go back.

Their grill went down for lunch. Instead of making an announcement to let us know they pass out free samples of custard instead. After waiting for 30 minutes I inquired about my food, which is when I was told the grill went down but is now working. I was given an order of overcooked fries to compensate me for my time. Once I received my $ 12 burger, I found it to be unseasoned and very mediocre.

Thought this place was actually pretty damn good! A chose my make your own burger and I thought the meat was great, the ingredients were fresh and they made the burger to order! It is in a cute spot in midtown. The options for the fries were also one of my favs but I stuck w the original. This is a Five Guys meets Shack Shake to me. While I still think Shack Shake is literally one of the best burgers in Atlanta I loved the fries more at BurgerFi!

This is the largest Burger Fi I’ve seen and does a great job at delivering good customer service and top-​notch burgers, tasty fries and massive onion rings. However, I was extremely disappointed that their fresh lemonade and strawberry lemonade machine has been out of service for weeks. For those that are familiar with Burger Fi, you already know that these lemonades are one of their staples. They’re awesome and hopefully this location gets back on the horse with the rest of the chain soon. This is a signature item, not part of a soda machine.
Meanwhile, the food continues to impress. It’s far less greasy and easier on the stomach than Five Guys and dominates any fast food burger. While they do have pre-​designed burgers we always choose to create your own. And, when you do, if you have any appetite at all, go with a double burger. The single is very small.
You’ll enjoy the fries. They are cooked in peanut oil, hand cut and taste fresh. And, the onion rings are enormous. In fact, many would consider the small a meal. In short, if craving a burger, this is your spot.

I’ve only been here once and I absolutely loved my hamburger! So good! The wait was a little long but it turned out to be worth it.

I came here for lunch with a group of friends for the first time and I had a great first experience. I ordered the breakfast burger and it was delicious along with some of their onion rings. The manager periodically came around to see how everyone was doing, if we were enjoying our food, and to see if we needed anything else. I thought that was very nice of her to do that for everyone, and afterwards they offered everyone free samples of their different types of ice cream. It was very spacious inside for multiple small groups to enjoy lunch over a meeting without feeling as if you were too close to the other tables. At the end of our visit they gave us slips to receive free validation on our parking and that was perfect due to our meeting was lengthy causing the parking to cost $ 30. I most definitely will choose this restaurant again for our next gathering.

I’ve been to Burgerfi many times (probably more than is healthy…) — mostly for takeout, but also eating in. The hamburgers are good (both regular and the veggie burger) — they’re definitely better than fast food (like McDonalds), about on par with counter-​service burger places like The Varsity, but not quite as good as gourmet burger places like Flip Burger. Both their fries and onion rings (made from scratch in house) are really good, and I never seem to be able to leave without getting a shake (both chocolate and strawberry are very tasty).
The service is always great, and the space is really well-​decorated and fun (I usually opt to sit out on the patio along Crescent Street). They also serve beer and wine, which is nice when you’re out for the evening!

Went here with my Fiancé on a rainy day a couple weeks ago and the food hit the spot! I had the Breakfast All Day Burger with chill cheese fries. The hand cut fries were so delicious, nothing beats hand cut fries. The service was great, I will be back for more!

Yes, it hit the spot! They have the best organic burgers and a best in class veggie burger.
Highlights: Food was delicious, cooked to perfection and ample quantity (they are extremely generous with their fries portions), Location was easy to find with free 2 hour parking garage around the corner, Staff was friendly and have a large dinning area.
Can improve: Offer Ranch?
Benchmark: They set the standard for organic burgers. They are a step above fast food in price and their burgers run around 7 to 9 a pop. In-​N-​Out is the best fast food burger joint by far.
A regular since 2013 and have dined in Atlanta, Florida and New York locations.

I’ve been here twice now and both times the service was excellent and the food was good too. Can you really go wrong with burgers on buttered buns?
The fries are good, the onion rings are better IMO. They also have beer pitchers that are decently priced considering the neighborhood. I’d recommend this place to people looking for something casual in midtown.

Was there this past Tuesday for trivia bight and it amazing! Staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. The trivia game was a lot of fun and had about three teams. The burgers are absolutely amazing! The staff is very knowledgeable about the menu all of the workers are extremely happy and pleasant even the cooks. The Decour is very modern yet created for a burger joint really really enjoy a nice hidden treasure in the city on Crescent

Always a great experience here at BurgerFi! The servers are helpful and friendly, and the food is delicious. It takes a little time, but c’mon… The food is tasty.
Hubby always builds his own burger… I’m trying «The Twenty-​Eight» brisket burger, green style (served on ample stacks of lettuce).
Fries are awesome even just plain… alternative and urban are our new picks for tonight. Give them a try… Especially if you have allergy issues. They were fabulous!

We went here on Thursday night. The service was friendly and greeted us when we walked in.
They use 100% peanut oil.
My boyfriend and I ordered a Breakfast All Day Burger and a Burgerfi Cheeseburger along with a Peanut butter & Banana shake. We loved the shake and the burgers are decent. The burgers were less greasy versus other burger places we’ve been. The size was slightly bigger compared to burgers at Shake Shack. The shake was delicious!
The only problem I experienced is there was a hair in my burger, so I brought it back and the manager handled it professionally and made me a new one.

This was the most overpriced, mediocre burger spot that I’ve ever visited. My boyfriend and I ordered the Chicago-​style Kobe hot dog, veggie burger and fries. Overall, we felt like we were at someone’s public park barbecue and not at a gourmet burger joint.
The Kobe hot dog was cut long ways and topped with slices of tomato, pickles, chopped raw onions, and barely any mustard. Unfortunately, it was also missing celery salt, which is one of the main ingredients on a true Kobe. As my boyfriend stated about the taste, «it was nothing special. Actually, I don’t feel like it was cooked well… I wanna say rubbery. And it was not grilled over charcoal.»
Likewise, my veggie burger patty wasn’t cooked to my liking. It seemed like it was deep fried and not seasoned beforehand. It was wrapped in iceberg lettuce, with tomatoes and caramelized onions (which the guy called grilled onions). In addition, we ordered the Urban Style French fries that were smothered with herbal Parmesan cheese and aioli. The fries were overcooked and I honestly think the food was lacking in flavor, especially salt.
I’ve been to some good burger spots in town that include Farm Burger, Grub Burger and Yeah Burger. Even Flip Burger is better than this place. Honestly I would never go back or recommend it to anyone.

Free bottles of wine in Tuesdays. Can’t beat those prices!
Great location, friendly staff, good wine, and delicious shakes. Haven’t tried their burgers yet, but the menu looks awesome! Definitely going to come back the next time I’m in Atlanta.

The Burger Fi corporate headquarters is where I live. I had never tried their burgers previously because I have some favorite burgers and don’t always branch out. Boy, I had no idea what I was missing!
These burgers are awesome! You have numerous choices of what you want on them, I got cheese, onions, mushrooms and tomatoes. Yum! The regular fries were huge, enough for two people to share.
If you are a burger lover, do not miss out, you may just find a brand new favorite burger spot!
