Best Pizza & Wings

My main reason for giving them a «1» is they have poor customer service overall. When you call the woman doesn’t speak good English and the some of the young people they have working there are nonchalant when you call.
Anyway, I ordered through BeyondMenu at 9:11 p.m. on a Friday (1÷23÷16). I never received my food, nor was I contacted by the third party delivery service indicating they were closed or there was an issue. I called continuously to the delivery service and the restaurant and got no answer.
This only added to my disdain for them. The amount we had been charged on three occasions was always more when the driver showed up. We didn’t notice until after the 3^rd order so we started using a credit card. The food is good and the facilities are ok. They say they pass inspection according to the grading on the wall. But I know better than to have high expectations of foreigners coming into Black neighborhoods and not appreciating our money. Besides, it’s in the hood. It’s cheap. And I guess that’s what I get for expecting better from them and I should have learned my lesson from the overages on my order. I won’t order from them again.

Pizza and sides are very good, the wait was bad. I ordered on a do nothing Wednesday night and it took an hour and 43 minutes for a pizza and cheese sticks. They have to improve or suffer the bad ratings.

I was trapped in my house sick so I was super excited to see that they delivered via the Unilocal Eat24 app. I waited and waited and called and waited and waited and called again. I swear the lady said my food was on the way for like an hour. I even called and asked that she just have the driver call me. It’s now 2 hrs later and I am starving and still no one has arrived. When the food did arrive it was cold but I was to hunger to protest.

Don’t let the appearance of this place fool you! We’re from the NC area and wanted to try something new. We decided to try this place based on Unilocal reviews. The woman who took my order was very nice and when we arrived our food was brought out promptly.
We ordered two large 2-​topping pizzas and a medium meat pizza. We also got 10-​piece wings and a 2-​liter Sprite for just $ 1 more. The food was amazing and this will be our go-​to spot from now on!
Even though they offer delivery service I think it’s faster to get carry out. Plus, there are great carry out coupons on line. Our food was a mere $ 33 — a steal! I highly recommend this place!

The salad was made of poor quality meat (tasted like Buddig lunch meat) and cheese (Kraft cheese singles cut up).

Have no idea why I’ve neglected to try this place for so many years. I suspect it’s because it’s in a run-​down forgotten lookin plaza so I just pass it by. Well too bad for me cause I’ve been missing out on some great food options. After getting home late from a trip on a cold windy night we just needed some warm food and other places were closed. Finally called here and got the medium pizza, a green salad and 10 wings (split between lemon pepper and teriyaki.) The pizza was delicious and affordable (bye bye Pizza Valley), the salad was fresh and while the wings were good they could’ve used maybe a little preseasoning before they hit the fryer. This matters people! I also liked that not only did they take phone orders easily but actually called back to say it was ready. Love it. Will definitely go back often.

I was starved and exhausted after a day of delayed/​rescheduled/​cancelled/​rebooked flights on Delta that ultimately failed to get me home. We were sent to the Best Western South and upon arrival we saw fliers from two different pizza delivery places. I asked the front desk girl which of the two she preferred and she pointed to the Beat Pizza Pasta & Wings’ menu. I called them as soon as I got into the room. Our extra large pizza came within the 45 – 60 minute time frame promised and was reasonably priced. The pizza delivery man was friendly. The pizza was delicious, we tore through it like a couple of ravenous wolves.
Don’t go out of your way for it but if you’re in need of delivery at the Best Western South in Atlanta, I highly recommend checking these guys out!

Staying at an airport pizza and the hotel gave us a menu for this place. It was good pizza and they were friendly. I like that they were using old school deli tickets on the orders. The wings were a little small but were still good. I would eat here again.thanks.

Took an hr and a half for pizza! Pizza was good, but the cheeseburger sub wasn’t. French fries were very soggy! Wasn’t worth the wait…

I was surprised how much I enjoyed the food. The pizza was delicious and it was delivered very fast!

Good pizza, quick delivery, food was hot when delivered. Cheese cake was also very good! Overall positive experience!

The service was great. Driver was nice. Delivered within expected delivery time. All the food was hot & ready to eat. The only bad thing was that my pizza & wings were very bland. Not much seasoning or taste. But I’m happy that it was decent food delivered late.

I ordered tonight using my Seamless app and loved the food and the delivery. Had pizza, salad, and cheese sticks. Pizza is really good. Delivery person was super nice and it was even delivered about 25 minutes earlier than the anticipated time from the app!

We’re still sitting here waiting for the pizza 95 minutes after we placed the order…

Stopped in and ordered one of there specials. 2 pizzas and 10 wings. Service was nice and friendly. It didn’t take that long after I ordered
was pretty good. Me and my son enjoyed it. Wasn’t anything special but was very solid. Now for the wings! I ordered the they teriyaki and lemon pepper. They was good on flavor small as hell on size. But that’s my preference, I don’t like small as hot wings. When I get wings I want more than one bite when I eat wings. But other than that this place was very solid

Wow huge turn around had a trouble and the manger came and fixed every issue. I will be eating here again. Great food love it.

The staff is rude and the pizza is tasteless
