Gasperson Moving & Storage

The movers were professional and quick to load. While we did initially have some communication issues regarding the delivery (reason for the 4 instead of 5 stars), one of the owners made things right with a phone call, an apology and even discounted some fees because of our trouble.

I used Gasperson for our move. Friendly on the phone, made me feel important and they were here to provide on a short notice. Rates are great for the quality you get. The guys were extremely nice, quick, careful & helpful. Don’t forget to give a Tip it’s WORTH it!

Used them for a move into Asheville. Had to book on very short notice. They were kind, accommodating and very professional. And fast!!! The gentleman who unloaded our truck was amazing. Quick and no damage to our belongings. Love these folks!!!

The manager, Sharon, was not the nicest of people. Not sure which word best describes it– snotty or snooty.
They worked 1 ½ hours and charged over $ 1100.
They opened all of our furniture to inspect it. We did not want them to do this but they did. They said they had to in case it was damaged. We told them we understood but we wanted it all re-​wrapped for storage. Every piece of that furniture was received unwrapped and the original packaging was thrown away. When we complained, we were handed a spool of Saran Wrap.
Never again.
I would give 1 star but the men who actually did the work did a fine job of moving the furniture.
The problem is in the poor way we were treated by the management. A promise was made to cover this very expensive furniture and it certainly was not kept.
I cannot recommend.

I hired Gasperson for a move out of Asheville and they were superb. Very professional and helpful on the phone and through the quote process. The movers were very careful, extremely helpful and friendly and treated our thinks with expert care. Not a scratch on anything. Very competive rates! I would recommend these guys highly. Thanks!
