Starbucks

This store is always open, friendly and fast. What pushed me to write a review today is they are one of the ONLY places open following the blizzard of 2016. Thank you Denis for having such a great attitude!

I wish I could get all the money back I have spent here on lattes back, they mess up my lattes up every single time but make the Frappuccino version right, screw them.

Long story, short: I left there 30 mins later I came in initially, with CinnamonChai Lattte all over my body & with no drink in hand.

Today, I ordered two hot drinks via the app. I drove up to the store and my teenaged son ran in to pick them up. Both of us coughing and hacking with bronchitis, so for everyone’s sake we wanted to minimize time in public. He comes back out with the drinks; however, mine was wrong – the barista made an iced chai latte instead of a hot one. I went back in, waited in a line of 10 customers while one barista struggled to get drinks made, one took orders and two others swept up (really need 2 people sweeping when there is a line?)
Anyway, I patiently wait to show that I rec’d the wrong drink and I asked the barista nicely how I could avoid this in the future since it appears to me that I properly ordered a hot chai latte. She remakes drink. I pick it up, take a drink and the entire hot chai pours out onto me and the ground as I walked out the door.
I want to believe that she didn’t poorly secure the lid just to be a jerk. And given the fact that I had already tipped and couldn’t change it, I wonder.
Prior to this, I have had reasonable service here but today really ticked me off. Not gonna lie.
Update: Starbucks customer service promptly wrote back & gave me four free bevs for this. I’m okay with this but I can promise you there are some folks for whom this would not be enough. Will likely be frequently this SBs a little less in future.

Came in with a huge order. Emry handled the whole thing like it wasn’t an issue and helped bring the coffees to my car. You guys rock!

This Starbucks is actually one of the better stores that I’ve visited. From a diverse and friendly staff, to a clean store and genuine quality customer service, you can’t have any complaints! I’ve been visiting this Starbucks for over a year now and I still prefer it over 2 Starbucks that are actually closer to me in location.

Awesome baristas at this location! That are really cool and friendly! Excellent coffee and extremely good service. Convenient location as well with plenty of parking. Favorite spot for sure!

The line, and drive thru are always extremely long. Make sure you have the time to wait. The store is clean and the drinks are perfect.

Always come here and it’s always great. No reason for bad reviews— the baristas are friendly and diverse, and always get my drink right. Even when it’s crowded they move through the line quickly and efficiently. There’s a good amount of room to sit and the atmosphere is always nice.

As usual, this Starbucks is nice and clean. It’s a very cozy and comfortable feel with fast service. The drinks are fantastic of course but I will say the baristas here are not very friendly and aren’t very knowledgeable about the drink selection.
However, still a nice place to grab a morning coffee or afternoon drink.

Nothing out of the norm here. Standard *bucks. Cool staff. Well stocked selection of items (cups, mugs, coffee makers). They make a mean flat white

They day I visited — they were understaffed. There was a significant line but the staff made the best of it, knocked out the order as fast as they could and I think, while stressed, they did a great job! Hats off to that crew :)

Really like this Starbucks! I went to this location on a Sunday morning and as with every Starbucks in the morning there was a line! After a couple of seconds a second person behind the counter began to ask each person in line what drink they were ordering and placing the orders on cups until the cashier could ring everyone up. I really appreciated him taking the initiative like that to help speed up the process. The cashier was really friendly as he rung up my order. I waited 3 – 5 minutes for my drink order and I was good to go! The inside of this location was really packed and there was nowhere to sit, but I planned to grab my drink and go. My Frappuccino tasted perfect! Sometimes locations mess up and I have to take my drink back for a remake, but this location got it right on the first try. The only reason this location does not get a 5 is because there is no drive through. But I guess if you want a quality drink you need to come on in!

Not sure why they don’t have this place properly staffed on weekday mornings. I’ll stick to the Broadlands location.

Awesome and friendly! They have a great selection of pastries (that always taste fresh) and the baristas are friendly. They tend to stay pretty busy between 8am and 2pm, but the staff manages to keep everything pretty cleaned and stocked. My husband, kids, and I go there pretty often.

Best Starbucks in the area by far!!! Very fast service even if there is a line out the door! Good quality fresh coffee. And very friendly professional staff! Keep it up!

Line moves extremely slow… Maybe the staff is really new but they seem confused when asked questions. Not my preferred Starbucks.

It’s a hit or miss on the consistency on drinks. Also, the staff could use a bit of training on customer service. I’m not sure if it’s just the days I’ve been to encounter the unpleasant baristas but they could be nicer. Definitely not as pleasant as other locations.

Very unorganized. Took forever making drinks and also dirty. And staff isn’t friendly. They were lucky to get 2 stars.
