Definitely five stars! Potbellies has so many options from tuna salads to peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and everything in between. It is not like the chain restaurants that give you something different every time, they have good quality every time. The workers are very nice and will accommodate to fit what you want. They have a great variety of breads, meats, and toppings, and a toaster oven. The reason I like potbellies is because at other sandwich shops you may get a good sandwich one time and then the next time have it be sloppy, but not with potbellies. Potbellies is fully reliable that you will get the exact thing you ordered every time. This is by far my favorite sub shop, and anyone needs to try it.

While ordering today 6÷12÷16, they messed up my husbands sandwich when they asked me what I wanted they put all the rabbit food(which I liked) on his. And he didn’t get what he wanted. They were rushing and not bothering to look at what people ordered and they mess up what we wanted. And on top of that your tables were extremely sticky which made me gag. This being my first time to your facility did not make me very happy when my husband raves about your sandwiches and smoothies. I am a very unhappy customer and I have had my day ruined because of this incident. So thank you very much for making my day hell when it could have otherwise been easily corrected.

Went here for a late lunch. Haven’t been there in years. Great customer service and the food was as I remember it.

Love this place! I love getting the Italian with avocado instead of mayo, no cheese on flat bread. So yummy!

I recently converted to a plant based/vegan diet. It hasn’t been an easy journey when it comes to fast food. While visiting a friend in Ashburn, they insisted we go there for lunch. I got the Mediterranean on wheat. I asked them to hold the cheese & not add chicken. They added extra hummus, in lue of the«animal protein». They are currently offering avocado as an add of for $ 1, it was totally worth it. I was so full. This was a great sandwich!!!

I was out this way for a class and stopped here for a quick dinner. It was a Potbelly, like any other, but the people who worked here were really nice. I hate going to places where you have to give your order to someone barking at you from an assembly line and there is all this pressure to get it right and fast. That’s probably silly of me, but it’s how I am. They were very kind here and I appreciated it.

Definitely one of my favorite places to grab a sandwich, listen to music and have FUN! FOOD: Great sandwich menu and all of them ranging from their grilled chicken and cheddar flatbread to their A-WRECK to California Turkey are awesome. I love the hot subs and the fixings make every sandwich custom. The MILKSHAKES are AWESOME too! Simple and delicious and they even have MOCHA if you ask for it. SERVICE/ATMOSPHERE: I am a big fan of the music. Lots of great talent! OVERALL: Definitely a favorite place!

I had never heard of Potbelly before moving to the west coast and after 4 years living here I finally tried them. I put it off because my husband kept telling me he didn’t like Potbelly so I figured they were gross. But a friend had a fundraiser here so I figured it was time to try them. I must say I was pleased! Only 4 years into marriage and I forget that just because my husband doesn’t like something doesn’t mean I won’t like it! I’d say Potbelly is comparable to Jimmy John’s or Firehouse. They are warm subs and my turkey BLT tasted great. I mean it’s not like the most amazing thing I’ve ever tasted but for a sandwich shop they get 4 stars. If you like sandwiches, you’ll like Potbelly!

Potbelly is a trusted favorite for me. It isn’t a place a necessarily crave, but it is the place I go when I’m not craving anything in particular. The sandwiches are always reliably delicious, and when I feel like being healthy, I’ll get a salad and feel good about myself. My husband loves all the little add-ons that they have; the cookies, brownies, blondies, and pickles. He’s always adding a few extra things to our order. Overall, if you’re in the mood for nothing at all, or a good sandwich, you can’t go wrong with Potbell(and this location is as good as any).

Came here for lunch with my nieces, brothers and sister in law. We had a terrific lunch and great service. I ordered the Mediterranean chicken salad, they forgot the chicken. They replaced it without a question and then offered me a free dessert for forgetting the chicken. That’s world class service.

Potbelly is a little casual soup, salad and sandwich spot where you order at a counter and pay. They also have smoothies, milkshakes, cookies and ice cream cookie sandwiches. Okay, so I visited here on our spirit night for our school. I wish I had great things to say, but I just don’t. I got there early because I know that it gets crowded on spirit nights. So here are my frustrations. Frustration #1: There really isn’t a children’s menu. Yes, they can make a peanut butter or grilled cheese(not listed on menu) or they can order off the skinny menu. So I ended up paying $ 7-$ 8 for my kids to eat a sandwich, chips and drink… which I feel is more expensive than most places for my kids(ages 5 and 6) to eat. Frustration #2: So ingredients aren’t listed on the menu for salads. I ordered the Wreck Salad which I swear I ordered before at another location, but when I opened my salad there was egg in it. I don’t eat eggs… ugh…so I decide I will take it home and my husband can eat it. So then I go to try to order another salad and the kid they have taking orders doesn’t know what is in each of the salads. What employee doesn’t know their menu? Especially one taking orders??? I am frustrated at this point and I sit back down. I finally go back up to get milkshakes for the kids and decide to try to order a salad as the manager is now taking orders next to the high school aged kid taking orders. I ask him what is in one of the salads. He lists everything really fast. I decide to order it and either he didn’t say it had cheese in it or I didn’t hear it and I end. Frustration #3: Manager was very snippy. Between acting like I was crazy to want to know what was in the salad I was ordering. To getting mad when I asked if it had certain ingredients in it… Plus getting snippy with telling me I needed to order milkshakes at the beginning of the line verses the end(which was opposite from what I did at the other location). It was just not the way I want to be spoken to or treated as a customer. Maybe the manager was stressed because it was a spirt night, but it really wasn’t that busy yet and I guarantee that the lunch crowd is much busier there. My kids were wild, hitting each other with the balloons that were on the ground for our spirit night while I had to go order another salad and ended up playing with the trash can. GROSS. At this point I have to take my kids home if they wanted to make it home without me losing my lid in the middle of the restaurant. Needless to stay I left at this point hungry without eating and frustrated as I stood in that line again to order a second salad which I didn’t get to eat. I have only been to one other Potbelly location which I really liked. Menu ingredients and kids menu were listed at that one, but then again it has been a few years since I have been to a Potbelly so not sure if things have changed corporately or if it is just a franchise issue where they don’t list menu ingredients or kids food items. I certainly have no desire to go back to a Potbelly anytime soon… especially this location.

I love me some Potbelly and have yet to find one that dissappoints me. Staff here is young but they are pretty on point. There was a real looker that used to work here, but I haven’t seen her on my last few trips.

While I don’t usually come to potbelly during the lunch frenzy, I have rarely waited more than 6 minutes from the time I get in line until I have a delicious sub sandwich in my hands. I will probably never go to another sandwich shop again(and I’d rather buy a «cheeseburger» from McDonalds than go to subway)

The chicken Mediterranean sub is the best! Get it with extra pickles. All subs are super fresh and mto. Salads are good too. Great décor. «Hey that is an old paperback», «look at that photo of a band». I’m hungry for a sub says everyone. Live music too. The iced tea has free lemons and sweeteners. All the food is truly full of goodness.

Excellent service, very quick. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for a hot sandwich. Their potato salad is one-of-a-kind and delicious! I’ve been going there for years. The Hammie is a personal favorite; not very fancy but packed with flavor!

Potbelly doesn’t exist on the West Coast. I had never heard of this cute sandwich chain before moving out to East Coast. The first time I was a little confused how to order and didn’t get the question when they asked me if I wanted a «big»…it was all so new! Its not like Subway where you watch them the entire time making your sandwich. You order from the first person, then scoot down the impossibly high counter that I can barely see over, then the next person adds the toppings. Then the second time I made a rookie move and came in with an order for 6 coworkers. I just walked up to the counter and got major stink eye from the counter lady when I said I had six sandwiches. I’ve learned my lesson(call in any orders for multiple sandwiches) and understand that the«big» sandwich is slightly larger than the regular sandwiches. I wouldn’t recommend ordering online. I tried that once and after spending 15 minutes for everyone’s sandwiches in the office, I got the dreaded«Failed.» I called in the order. Well, as it turned out, my online order did go through, and they started doubling the order before figuring it out. Now that I understand the process a little better, I have fallen in love with the veggie sandwich on multigrain bread with all the toppings. Although I always ask for extra hot peppers, that hardly ever happens. I get a few, but not nearly enough for my love of the hotness. This is one of those chains that I’ve come to love way more than Subway. I know that if I ever move back to the West Coast I will greatly miss Potbelly!

A Potbelly’s is a Potbelly’s is a Potbelly’s. This one manages the lunch time rush pretty well and has a small amount of outdoor seating. I appreciate that they display the caloric information on the menu and the skinny option is nice. You could do a lot worse.

What is not to love about Potbelly’s? Even when the line is out the door they keep it moving. Tables were clean. Food is delicious! And service is consistently good.
