Horrible customer service.
Takes days to get a tech to come in.
Refuses to cancel plan after years of loyal service.
Slightly cheaper than verizon but not worth it!!!

Avoid at all cost. The service is over priced, cancellation of service is difficult and costly. 30 days notice plus an ETF of 50% of monthly fees. At least with cell providers the ETF is a sliding scale the closer you get to the end of your contract.
And talk about poor customer service. You have a technical issue so you call support. They take info and then tell you that they will call back in 24 hours. Of course in the meantime your internet service is down and your tech is on site. They were also unable to assist in router issues over the phone. Absurd that for the price you pay, this the level of service you receive.
