Big Fan of B-Ws! When you looking for Beer and some Wings for an easy snack/dinner is is a great, easy place to go. Been there many times since it opened. They just remodeled and the place is nice and clean.

Terrible dining experience. service was slow and very bad. When the food final came the winds were raw and all the orders were incorrect. The management staff at this location needs to be replaced. Do your self a favor don’t go to this restaurant

The service is great. Courteous and kind. There is nothing bad about this particular location. If anything it exceeded expectation. Very clean. Like it.

Great service, tasty food and thank you very much for accommodating our request to turn a tv onto my All Blacks game. Much appreciated!

I will preface this by saying this is not a review on the food quality but solely on the service. Today I went in to work on some homework and have some food but seeing as it was packed In the dining room(Broncos game was playing) the hostess suggested I go out on the patio. I agreed and appreciated the suggestion(hence the 1 star). After that I sat there alone for 15 minutes and was never contacted again by a server or employee. I decided that it wasn’t worth my time and left. Really wanted some wings but someone dropped the communication ball pretty hard.

Overall, this location always has consistent good service and a great place to watch a game. I would classify the food as good bar food. I laugh at the people who expect gourmet food from a bww’s and write a review based on that. Also if you think it’s noisy it’s a damn sports bar! Redic! Oh and as always no better place when it comes to keeping there beer lines cleaned out. Beer always tastes excellent! Even a place like the yardhouse could learn a thing or two from this place.

Came in to pick up a to go order, it was not quite ready. I sat down to wait and the host asked if I had been helped, which I replied yes to. He then offered me a drink while I waited. Wow that was unexpected, thank you. What a wonder experience for a pick up order.

This place is a good place to get wings I personally think they are overpriced and its just a normal chain environment they have to offer. I’ve been to several Buffalo Wild Wings and they’re all exactly the same.

Wanted to try again… Took 5 Minutes before I had to ask for drink orders and it wasn ot busy, took another 5 minutes until we had a server…10 minutes just toget a server. and they were not that busy. Ordered…They forgot my salad again, same as before, the wings were wrong and the server did not clear the old drinks on a small table… Holy crap… these are all basic 101 server items… I will say the wings this time were 100% better, but I have talked with the manager more than the server from all the mistakes…

We order carry out because we can’t tolerate how poorly behaved the kids are in this place. We ate in twice and both times parents allow their spawn to run around tables screaming. I don’t blame the kids I blame the parents. But the manager should do something about this as it seems to be a huge safety concern for the kids, staff, and customers. …So we do carry out. Not worth the headache to eat inside. Food is consistent. Now that they read back your order and double check it when you arrive is much better. Things were always wrong before they instituted this process for carry out. Kudos for addressing that problem! My husband orders the wings which are good, not crispy but good. And a little pricy for their size. I order the chicken queso wrap with potato wedges. My standard. The tortilla chips they are normally served with are a joke. So upgrade to fries or wedges. My husband goes with a side of fries with salt and vinegar. He likes them. I like the potato wedges with ranch. There aren’t many dining options in west Arvada so Buffalo Wild Wings is a good option for decent food.

Man my brothers and dad live there. After hockey they eat wings and my dad drinks beer. They have the best wings and chicken. Oh and the sauces are awesome and the appetizers. There aren’t a lot of healthy choices but there are salads and wraps but lots of feted stuff. Great dinner place!!!

Went to buffalo wild wings the other night. this is how it went… We are greeted by nice people and sat… It was super busy and noisy . Yes we dont eat meat but thought a veggie burger would be nice. So thats what both my hubs and i order… To start i order us some fried pickles and they come out and are okay. About 20 minutes later our burgers come out with pork pilled high on top of our veggie patties… Yes we got the bbq burgers but without the meat obviously… So track down the waiter and let him know the situation — he was very nice and took the food away promising to bring the correct order… Another 5 to 7 minutes pass(we are hungry and bored at this point) and he comes back to let us know that they have no more veggie patties and offer shrimp and fish… Pretty annoyed and bummed at this point. So about 5 to 7 minutes later we get new food… Im so sorry but the new entrees were not good… greasy, tasteless, thrown together… i ate 3 bites and was so grossed out. Good thing i filled up on soda… The waiter offered us a gift card but we politely declined… They did take the food off the bill but made us still pay for the pickles which i personally wouldnt have done since they knew the situation was bad… We will never eat here again… Dont order any sort of sea creatures from here you might end up with the creature from the black lagoon on your plate or sponge bob… lol

I rarely have complaints about this restaurant. Wings are nearly perfect every time I’m here, and the servers are usually excellent. The host staff could use some work… the males need to smile a little more. I love the buffalo seasoning on my wings, it’s an awesome change from the regular messy hot wings. A little kick with lots of flavor. The prices run a little high for my taste but usually the service makes up for it. The to go option is great too.

I’ve been to this Buffalo Wild Wings a few times, and it never disappoints. Their wings, though pretty pricey, are consistent and always delicious. I bounce between this location, the one on 80th and the one on Alameda, and it’s nice knowing you’ll get the same food at each location. I’m a big fa on their Asian Zing, but all of the levels of Buffalo and Bar-B-Q flavors are great too. We ate in the bar section and it was nice how they have all of the TVs laid out. We were able to watch the three football games we were interested in at the same time. It started to get pretty full when the Broncos game started, but it wasn’t too bad. The service was great. We had our waitress and she was training another lady. Both did a great job checking in on us. We also had a couple more stop by our table from time to time to check on us. Food arrived in a very timely matter. We ordered the nachos as an appetizer and it arrived literally in minutes and then around half time we ordered wings(both boneless and traditional) and they came within 15 minutes or so. Will be back through the football season!

Read this knowing that I am the least likely person to complain or write a review like this. Service took easily 4x what any human would consider reasonable. Didn’t get everything we ordered. What we did get(part of which were wings) came without napkins or utensils. I get the kid was busy, but at some point you have to cry uncle and get some help. Im dreading the bill adjustment just because of the fear that a 1pm lunch could take me past dinner time… its already 3:45!

Great service at the bar and the food is exactly what you should expect from a national chain. I’m a regular here and it’s because of the staff and the consistently high level of service I get every time I’m here.

We went here for the AFC Championship game. I figured this place was«geared» towards big games? I arrived a few minutes after kick-off to join my husband who had been there for about an hour already. I was immediately told that I’d better order NOW because they were getting busy. Ok. That’s understandable. Every table was full but that being said I’ve been there on a Friday night and seen it the same way. My wings arrived right before half-time. Seriously? It takes close to an HOUR to make fries and wings? In addition, I ordered more vegetables after seeing the six piece boat I got with my 20 wings. I never got the veggi’s I ordered. Right before the 4th quarter I decided I would like one more beer as I only had a sip left. When I was a bartender, I was trained to ask people if they would like another when they had less than half. Not only were we never asked, but it seemed to be a «bother» anytime we ordered anything. I looked around for our waitress and found her — at a table in the bar with other staff eating and socializing. I waited. She continued her«break». I waited almost ten minutes(and was about to go to the bar for a beer) when we finally flagged her down for the order. I think that it’s HIGHLY unprofessional to eat in front of your customers, and if your need to take a break, someone needs to cover your table. I used to work in this industry. I’ve «worked» big games like the Super Bowl. As a waitress, that should be your bread and butter. You rally through the game and work your tail off. You check with your table constantly, and should NEVER make them feel like it’s a chore for you when they order things. Don’t you want a big ticket? Your table should not have to «flag» you down anytime they need something. It was clear that this establishment was not prepared for this game. Perhaps it was a lack of training. There seemed to be PLENTY of staff standing around watching the game, yet we weren’t getting the service we should have. I love the food here but will be watching the Super Bowl elsewhere.

The TV experience isn’t worth a night of no sleep. The sodium content in this food is absolutely illegal. You will be up all night no matter what you eat. The last time I came in my sons wings weren’t even finished. They were raw inside and we about tossed them up right there. Never again !!! Lost us for ever. And we were good customers..

Ok… When it comes to BWW, I’m in it for the sauce! Don’t get me wrong, the food is good! Wings are hot and crispy, and the grilled chicken cutlets you can substitute for wings are great as well. but the food alone doesn’t stand out. What makes this place pop is the 20+ choices of sauce. My Favorite is Zinger(Very hot) and Parmesan Garlic which is s0o0 yummy and creamy ;-). I usually get both on the side and use the parmesan garlic to cool my mouth down. They sell all their sauces at the store so I would say go do some shopping and sample which ones you like, then buy it and eat at home. The place is usually very busy with LOTS of kids so the service is a little slow

I like all of the TV screens for sports watching and some of the food offerings, but for the most part the food is just simply ok(including the wings). In fact, when I do go I usually do not get the wings unless it is one of the wing nights. A bit on the pricy side for(what I consider) low quality chicken. It’s not so much the sauces that I do not like(those are fine and the selection is good). Anyways, I do go back from time to time and it’s nice that it is close to home, but it’s not my ‘go-to’ place. It is for some people, and that’s fine. Just not for me. Luckily, though, the staff has always been kind. Sometimes spacey, but we’re not usually in much of a rush. That could probably be better addressed, but the wait staff we usually get are nice folks.
