Very professional and amazing at what she does. Have stress or pain, she will fix all your problems. I highly recommend her!

I’ve been going to Essential Bodyworks for a few months now. I liked it so much I got the «Year of Massages». It makes monthly massages affordable. I’ve been to each of the girls at least once and they’re all good but Jena is my favorite. The only negative about this location is that it’s in an office building and if you’re there during working hours you can hear people in the neighboring office talking. It can ruin the relaxing atmosphere.

I have good friends who live in Arvada and have visited them a couple times and decided to treat myself to a massage in the area. I am very happy that I went with Essential Bodyworks, as I enjoyed a really excellent massage. I believe my therapist’s name was Rachael (though I’m not totally sure), but whatever her name was, she was very friendly, thoughtful, and knowledgeable about different massage styles, oils, and natural healing in general. A young boy (her son?) was also there to help check me in and tell me where the bathrooms were. He was absolutely adorable and quite the little gentleman and he added to the lovely experience.
Clear directions to the spa are provided when you make your reservation but I still got confused. Be sure to note that the office is actually within a business office that is NEXT to the strip mall — it’s not inside the strip mall.
